For clarity HE1 issued invitiations to tender in Jnuary. These are not tenders these are EOI's as it clearly states at the bottom of the document. HE1 will carry out due diligence on any returns prior to issuing any formal tenders to selected companies.

There may be invitations to tender (EOI's) but there are no definitive tenders as far as I can see. Tender documents would ONLY be issed to those companies that have been selected by HE1 which provided an EOI return and likely this would not be disclosed.

HE1 are not at that stage yet.

Jeez...these are not tenders. There is a big difference between the 2. HE1 are not in a position to tender until the full scope of what they need is understood.

You cannot issue a tender without a defined scope of works. Currently there is no scope. It's purely to guage who may be interested. HE1 are nowhere near the tender process as yet.

I don't believe an EOI is a tender...It's an invitation to tender.

Like many other posts spouting "The next RNS will see this rocket". If you honestly think the signing ceremony will make a difference then you are clutching at straws. It's already priced in. The only thing that will make this move is a production agreement with whoever or however it is financed. Until there is production and cash generation unfortunately this is going to stagnate at the 1p mark.

92p now that would be a 100 bagger. If only....

However with a positive upside as well:

Resource Classification Limitations: While significant helium volumes are reported (e.g., 295 Bcf 2C Contingent Resources at Itumbula), much of the resource remains in the “Development on Hold” or “Development Unclarified” categories.

Geological and Technical Uncertainty: The helium is stored in water aquifers without defined structural traps, creating uncertainty in helium concentration and gas-water ratio behavior over time, which could complicate consistent recovery.

High Development Complexity and Cost: The full-field development plan requires up to 66 wells in phases and relies on an Early Production System (EPS) followed by a Central Processing Facility (CPF), demanding significant capital investment and long-term project execution capabilities.

Unproven Commerciality and Market Risks: Contingent Resources are not yet commercially viable; the project's feasibility is dependent on further technical evaluation, regulatory approvals, and market development—especially in a niche, supply-constrained helium sector.

Prospective Resources Carry Exploration Risk: The additional 709 Bcf (2U) and 3.2 Tcf (3U) Prospective Resources come with only a 50% geological chance of success, emphasizing the speculative nature of further exploration outside the known Itumbula area.

I would have expected a bigger rise on release of the CPR. The market is till unsure...

I think its hit the high point for today. Tthere will be some profit taking on the day trades.

First the bad news:

Helium takes millions of years to form, mainly via radioactive decay underground.

Human use far outpaces natural replenishment.

Helium is non-renewable in any practical sense and is considered a finite resource.

Good news: The price can only go up...

Helium accumulates at a rate of millions of cubic feet per year globally.

But we extract and use helium at a rate of billions of cubic feet per year.

This imbalance means helium is non-renewable on human timescales.

Should make for interesting reading.
