Far too many assumptions here... No JV has been agreed. The finance arrangements have not been shared as an RNS. There will be options in the ML application and one of those will be issue of shares for funding.

ML already factorred into the SP. Won't move a jot. Only thing it will give is a licence for HE1 to burn cash on drills. You want to hope these aren't dusters... 🗑️

Numtyalert I haven't hidden my position on a CFD short and it's doing quite nicely. Happy to admit I want this to keep tumbling. Even if by some crazy developments the SP rises to over a penny once the ML is granted (which it won't as already factored in) I'll still have a nice profit. We are all in the game but some of us can see the losers and don't back them. 😀 You be better off with a 500/1 shot in the Grand National.
