That's probably why its quiet, we're all waiting for news and more towards the end of the year . When hopefully this share will finally deliver
Did I miss it?
Has the company every made a comment on how this will impact HBR.
Its no good keep talking about the oil price if we haven't had any guidance on this.
There is a second draw down on cash
I have used the HL platform for many years, but I am not invested here.
Would anybody here like to explain, Why has this dropped so much today.
And to be fair the share has been declining for some time including before Covid came along.
Addressed to MM as he had made a specific statement . (that I can still not see in any official company statements) But meant for everybody. God knows who Morris is, I don't really care. Its only appropriate to me and my thinking if views can be backed up by company announcements.
$10 million of debt and Its not known how we get it back and the £750,000 perannum interest payments.
The above is to me much more relevant than mining bit coins or Hydrogen.
I was asking the board, not an individual.
MM can you tell me where it has been announced that the transmission lines will be transferred to the BPC. I've been back over quite a few RNS's and cannot see this anywhere.
TOTAL MISINFORMATION.
You have conveniently left out the following paragraphs from the RNS.
The Lesedi project is proposed to be developed in two phases. Phase one involves transmission line construction, sub-stations, grid connection, electricity generators and potentially the drilling of additional gas wells. The ~100 Km transmission line will run from the Lesedi project to the town of Serowe where it can access the existing power grid. Initial generation is proposed to be up to 2MW of electricity. Funding required for phase one is ~USD $10m which can be staged if necessary or prudent to do so.
Phase two funding is for the expansion of electricity generation up to 10MW. This is planned to include drilling of gas wells and the purchase of additional generation assets. Funding required for phase two is ~USD $20m. Upon successful completion of phase one and two, the Company plans to expand the project beyond 10MW.
Has anybody seen any broker Fair value calculations on this share since being HBR.
The critical point will be when the next funding is in place to put up the polls and wire and fulfill the ppa agreement. Otherwise its hot air but with an eye to the future. So many times on here posters seem to think that the polls etc are funded, there not!
So the next fund raising/ debt will be when other AIM investors will look at this share again.
Found this online.
Yes, the London Stock Exchange does have extended hours trading. The Pre-Trading Session is from 5:05am to 7:50am. The Post-Trading Session is from 4:40pm to 5:15pm.
Might this be the answer!
Strange amount of Price Monitoring today.
There didn't seem that amount of price fluctuation or volume.
I suggest that you filter this person, I did some time ago and even though I too am sitting on massive negative here I'm a lot more sane. Sadly he has his own problems. Enjoy the fishing :-)
I don't think that anybody is shorting this.
Its easy to use the filter.
Did anybody get any replys from TLOU regarding the outstanding entitlement offer shares (approx 4p each) exercisable over the next 2 years 'at any time'
They seem to have disappeared.
my math says,
Previous position 5.36% of 525 million shares
New position 5.12% of 600 million shares
So he's increased the number of shares by approx. 2.58 million shares
Can't be factual with no values. Get honest with yourself.
Sorry guys, I don't think that you are being truthful with yourselves. This is a theoretical chart of what should happen. Flow rates have never been divulged, being explained away by that flow rates are variable. They haven't even after all this time put in an average flow rate for us to get any idea.
For what its worth. Its my understanding that no broker could convert these options because they had not had instructions from TLOU/their brokers on how to do it. They had however the share numbers from the original RNS/instructions and thats why the share options were greyed out on our trading account screen. We/you were unable to purchase them not HL doing nothing.
