Yes Addi, sounds about right. But the way I heard it, they are joining forces with a company who started reverse engineering the Chinese rigs a while ago already. FG said it would take QBT 6 months if they were to do it. So I think teaming up with third party must be a significant shortcut. So the unknown company has reverse engineered the rigs and changed the OS. All QBT has to do is add Method B algos.

Agree with you Hexam, the market does not believe that QBT can pull this off. That's why the risk/reward is so high and why we are all here hoping for a multibag.

Also in my mind is that FG and his team are academics, so it might take a bit longer to set up the infrastructure needed to deliver SaaS at scale, than say a team of experienced tech start up entrepreneurs. Just me guessing though, no idea who they might have hired to roll this thing out.

Nice video again. Interesting that all these clips appear to be from the same interview with FG. I don't know a great deal about investing I will admit, but I do know a bit about marketing. Drip feeding clips from the same interview feels strategic, like they are building towards something specific. It could just be general brand/community building, but it could also be preparing the market for a launch. The announcement of a revenue-generating partnership perhaps. Let's hope it is soon, before Christmas would be awesome 🎄

Jarv, I agree with everything you said but my point was why would QBT choose ARB when MARA and RIOT are much bigger prospects? I might have this wrong (please correct me if I have) but QBT have got to set up server facilities close to the miners they strike deals with first, in order to deliver SaaS with low latency. Surely they would target the biggest miners first? Argo Blockchain may not even survive much longer.

No different to fiat Fleccy. It has value because you can use it to buy and sell stuff. It has no intrinsic value since they ditched the gold standard. Central bank's just add more zeros to create money out of thin air. Similarly, Bitcoin has value because people can use it to trade with. Only difference is there is a finite supply, unlike the magic money tree which is infinite, because what is it in reality. Just code on a central bank computer?
