Bella if you are not invested here then run for the hills. If you are invested here just wait for this to rise when they sell their Spanish assets and then run for the hills.

I personally think they spend too much money on their stores. They are like cathedrals.

Europe has lower internet shopping penetration and negeative interest rates. The thing with your calculations is that the cost of debt jumps when your equity erodes which at the same time erodes your eps which can easily go to zero.

Problem is there are almost no buyers out there for these assets at the moment. Unless you give them away for free. Have a look at the recent deals to see the prices they exchange for. The value of these assets on intus balance sheet is the biggest fraud out there. Trafford center for example is valued with a niy of 4.4%, when if they wanted to sell it they would only get it away for 6%. Don’t leave much on the table for equity holders.

I think mtro is grossly undervalued. But cannot fathom why people think selling the 500mn loan portfolio will go straight to equity, when most of it is funded through deposits and other liabilities.

Based on some of the comments I see on here some of you should not be investing in shares.

Sometimes I think these shorts have an infinite number of shares.

Everyday i think of buying this, then i look at the spread and think its some kind of scam and back off.
