A lot of big sticky holdersPage 6:https://www.metrobankonline.co.uk/globalassets/documents/investor_documents/metro-bank-prospectus-may-20192.pdf
Well Hill sold Petplan this week so he prolly has a couple of million burning a hole in his pocket. I guess he plans to plough into this.
If I was him, I would be doing exactly that, build up cheap at 2-300p. Float less than 20% mind. He would be competing with shorters.

Book value = MCAP. I think we will see 450p next few days. Will deffo be topping up.
Reckon we will see this? stupid cheap
I think there may be a bidding war any price below £5.
Odey thinks this is going to zero, as the glass half empty type of guy he is.
He would have to bid £9 for the rest.
He has to bid for rest
He does not have to, he can buy up cheap shares on open market to take his share upto 29.9%

Odey will choke on his full english :-))))))))
impossible for shorts to close. Little liquidity and float. I will sell them mine for £10
The shorts will be on fire Monday.
This thing IPO'd at £22 with about 15% of float. If they buy at £8 that is still a bargain.
14% stock on loan per LSE poster Auson.
Especially with the $100bn of east coast money behind this.
Alot of us have been looking at the float and wondering when will we see another VW scenario again.
12 month rule applies but nothing to stop him adding after the 23rd to top up his 3.55% holding at rock bottom prices. Shorts are fecked.
How do you know the 20% free float?
