LTI, what do you think happened to the £375m they raised in May and the £120m they got from the BCR? why would they need to raise more money? paid in capital just does not disappear into thin air it is utilised in expansion or loan book growth, last RNS did not look like they were doing either.

LTI 100p? just like the last placement which happened at 4% discount to the current share price and was 3x oversubscribed?

I have seen a few of his videos, he comes across as someone who is pretty risk focused and grounded, exactly the type of person who you want to run a bank. The media obviously portray him as a complete loony, maybe that's why he donated £100k to the Daily Mails Tree campaign.

Each store costs them £4m to fit-out. I am glad VH and his wife are gone. The design brief was always no expense spared.

Jinny122 - Any takeover will need shareholder approval. 75% I believe. Hill might not be on the board, but he still controls this through his voting power through his syndicate.

This thing is still ultimately controlled by Hill and his syndicate of investors. They all have an average sp of £12 (based on total paid in capital / 173m shares).

I doubt they would give this away for free at 300p.
