The current MC is £68m, and they want to raise £80m. I would like to see their current YTD P&L before making any decision. Might be better to let this go into administration and then pay £80m for unencumbered assets.

TED is a highly operationally leveraged business with almost 400 physical locations. Question is, whether the business is worth saving or should they not bother.
