Lol. I’m not trying to push any agenda. As far as I’m aware directors can buy and sell as long as it’s not close to an announcement. I’m just curious. Hopefully it is because of impending news but even then they could’ve bought a while ago.
No update in corporate actions since April 15 for me in Interactive Investor. Anyone else not received this update?
@richob, I did sell and got fleeced which I reinvested elsewhere. I have since bought back in a few times around the 190p mark. Why do people on this board get so annoyed with people who have a different opinion. It's like a cult with some people. I definitely want Avact to succeed and haven't sold. I was just trying to put across a view that it's tempting and some people may just say this has happened one too many times and not want to get caught out again. Where have I said anything contradictory @richob?
It's not always a case of not believing. I do believe Avacta will come good but you've also got to learn from history. By holding this could be the 3rd time I've missed out on selling for a substantial profit in this business. I am holding but I'm also tempted to just sell, take profit as a win and be happy with that and if it drops further buy back in. Avacta have hardly been reliable so far on timescales they've set.
FFS What is going on. I regret not selling this earlier and buying back as this is painful to watch. Please don't regurgitate the same old same old in the upcoming interview. We need action and need it fast. Only hope here is that the Accustem can help alleviate some of the loss this share is causing... if they ever pull their finger out and get it to market. This was originally stated to be on market at the end of 2020. While this BoD is full of talent it's infuriating.
I hope Nasdaq listing does help. I also have shares in TILS which also deals on Nasdaq and to be honest being being on dual markets has been a pretty crap. Nasdaq has continually been shorted and kept the price down.
Let's face it. Trading is the way to make money on this share. It's dropping like a stone again which just doesn't make sense. It was higher on the promise of news. Many people seem to look down their noses at shot term holds and yet LTHs are the ones missing out. I've missed out so many times now by holding when trading, taking a profit and waiting to see if it drops again would've been the way to go. I guess being a long term holder is greedy when we could be making a few quid. I do believe in the business but at the same time with a bit of trading my share holding could've increased markedly.
Possibly the positive RNS from SNG although TILS seems to be dropping regularly since the Main Market listing anyway. Hold tight and wait for results news.
Thanks to those with helpful reposts. I got a very disappointing 112 in the end. Live and learn. For those who were responding just to say I was full of sh*t... your attitude is the reason I’ve never bothered posting. I only joined last week as the board no longer lets you read without joining. The amount of venom and blinkered attitude by AS acolytes is embarrassing. I’m no full time investor clearly but pretty sure you need an open mind in this game which a minority of you evidently don’t have. Good luck to the good guys. To the rest of you... well, I couldn’t give a flying f*ck.
