to me
Good afternoon,
The person that posted the information made a location error we have contacted them asking them the amend the error.
The Bushveld electrolyte that we are currently building is in East London, South Africa. At Vametco we are developing a solar PV and VRFB mini-grid.
Regarding Golden Summit, the reason a TR1 was not submitted when they moved below 5% is that they advised that the shares had been re-allocated to different accounts of the same master trust, and hence their overall holding had not changed. The change in holding(s) announced on 18 September 2020 was due to Golden Summit reducing their overall position, which resulted in a percentage change.
Kind regards,
Chika
I have no idea what is going on, apart from the lack of comms by the company. But this is the reply to me from a reliable source. Make of it what you wish. I am as confused as everybody else.
I don’t think Golden Summit are to blame
Yes, they sold stock below 3% but they also moved stock from one account to another so it was not so much selling
I don’t believe they voted against resolutions at the AGM but the voting is anonymous so we don’t actually know
I think the fact is that vanadium prices have failed to pick up much and investor interest has waned particularly against massive interest in gold stocks which have done better due to the rise in gold prices
While Vanadium prices rose in China, Chinese tariffs on vanadium limit the benefit, though it is still better than in Europe and the US
Hope this helps
One interesting comment in the email exchange was:
My experience tells me that there are lots of anxious and trigger happy investors who have rushed to sell ahead of everyone else
I suspect they will return when they see better news ahead

Pdub. I am working in Southampton on Friday when you are having chemo. Hope it goes ok. Do you live in Salisbury. Would like to meet at some point one evening perhaps if able to. I only stay here during the week. If so perhaps pass details via Alpha on TBP
I hope you are right Sanchez. They may be making good deals etc but I am not convinced the shareholders appear to be their highest priority tbh. Lack of comms is incredible for a company that may be looking to be pretty big in a few years
In November crux interview FM addressed the SP question by saying it would look after itself. Also the JSE listing is all about timing. I am convinced the list will in some way be linked to Eskom contract wins etc. He responded to me personally on the SP issue saying they will do something about it
He must know more
Also why would anybody be selling shares in the millions at this point in time.
After being here nearly 3 years with what is imminent it is unbelievable that anybody would be exiting now
I do not agree that BMN is over ramped. Yes it was second half 2018 by one person in particular. I do not post much but read every day. Most posts are from other more knowledgeable investors defending the company etc
