Simple math, they need £2m to run tern every year.

They have £0.5m after expenses by placings in 2025.

They will need £1.5m by the year end.

They have been promising exits for the 10+ years its never happened, don't hold your breath if I was you.

Mug shareholders will give them more shares soon, like night follows day.

Your announcement is the earlier announcement and then there was another announcement on 10 April confirming completion I think that was the news your looking for.

Mindflair plc, the company investing in next-generation technology focused on AI, is pleased to announce that further to its recent announcement on 10 March 2025, the sale of Visibility Blockchain Limited ("Getvisibility") to Forcepoint, a global leader in data and cloud security, has now been completed and it expects to receive £2.6 million from the sale shortly.

The RNS talks about the £800k from SVV1 and an announcement will be made about that when Sure Ventures permit it, the £1.8m is separate and will be received directly by MFAI. Just trying help people understand whats going on.

Mindflair plc, the company investing in next-generation technology focused on AI, is pleased to announce that it has agreed to sell its entire directly held unquoted minority position in Visibility Blockchain Limited ("Getvisibility") to Forcepoint, a global leader in data and cloud security (the "Disposal"). Getvisibility is a cybersecurity company focusing on data visibility and control and uses state-of-the-art artificial intelligence ("AI") to classify and secure unstructured information. The Disposal is expected to generate a gross cash inflow to the Company of approximately €2.1 million (£1.8 million).

In addition, Mindflair has an indirect interest in Getvisibility through its investment in the first Sure Valley Ventures ("SVV") fund ("SVV1") and through its shareholding in Sure Ventures plc ("SV plc") which in turn has a 25.9% interest in SVV1. SVV has indicated that Mindflair can expect to receive approximately €0.9 million (£0.8 million) as a result of the distribution from SVV1 of the proceeds from the sale of SVV1's shareholding in Getvisibility. Mindflair also has a 23.6% shareholding in SV plc and so may also receive a distribution from the proceeds that they receive from the disposal of Getvisibility.
