We are due an imminent rns to confirm first tranche of the wonga loan. To me its about mondays podcast and how AP explains the situation. Angus has done much to calm nerves but until i hear it from the man and sense his conviction to get us out of this mess U will remain a very grumpy sh. B

So if tom or castaway are about can they ask AP to do a podcast and explain himself and give clarity on the many points raised today. B

Thanks evilPlum....so the 1.5m is covered by T2 just the timings need to align as they are 1 month out (assumes t2 comes by mid jan). All in all we all agree that AP needs to get from behind the sofa and face us in a podcast. Explain how all this knits together and i will say it again ...absolutely guarantee that bergen will not get the chance to convert. AP can also push harder to get zim confirmed as it looks like the informal nod has got him to get spending on the diamond fields. WE JUST WANT SOME GOOD NEWS FOR A CHANGE....B

TBTT.....not being funny but AP knew about this 1.5m charge 8 months ago and has never brought it up as money we need to find. He mentioned many times the 600k needed for bpl. So was t2 supposed to pay the charge or was this moment always upon us. B

So is that the local issue then....you cannot say that AP would not have known about a payment to settle the arrangement of transfer. Either way AP has sold his sole to the devil and i await for him to explain why it is good for shareholders. With aladdins cave up for grabs surely he could have had more options. Bored with Tcup and fhp now.. I note we have almost fell off the losers board...vast cannot even be rubbish in style !!!. So can someone unravel the financial gobblydegook in the rns and tell me a).when does the 30 day clock start. b) when do vast get the funds to buy long lead items..i assume the same time as a) and c) the cost of the arrangement if we get T2 within 30 days. I am not interested in what happens after the 30 days because i know it will be bad........B

King ...the best point of reference is the Jan 18 statement by AP when he was made CEO.He set out his vision and mission and all in all he can cut and paste it for 2019. He is a year out and hopefully with all his new promises on project plans and the website refresh should give clarity on things next year without having to podcast. I want AP to explain what the local issues are and is that just code for "dont know".....i have over 5m in here now and am waiting for mid tier and dividends...however that could all come crashing down in 30 days time...tick tock.......B

from AP to try and explain what happened today. This in mind says he knows his vasters will not be amused. For someone who has a high standing in Rom and has been around for a long time in these circles, why o why has he not been able to influence positively any delay. He must have known weeks ago this was stalling so should have immediately gone to his other offtake funders - maybe they do not exist or only from passing conversations.....actually has AP ever mentioned in an RNS that others are in the wings or just from the Q&A...… If he has big mates in ZIM, then he could get them to issue a nice letter to confirm we are one of the 4. you never know we may get back in the 4s..... but to be honest this Bergen deal will be a noose round our neck for 30 days. AP said T2 was secure and he had 4 suitors lined up if it failed....so just normal lawyer fest....same on BPL remember....so AP just being fanciful with timelines again. If he wanted to be on the front foot he should give mercuria a deadline and tell them he will go else where if they keep faffing about....he wont of course but why say you have a plan b if you never mean to use it. Suki...you are right....i bought 300k @ 37 earlier and 76k before the bell @ 36. I personally would be miffed if AP was giving out price sensitive info via text...or telegram.......T2 is price sensitive because without it the company is running on fumes and picking up costs to keep BP in maintenance....so if that is the case he should rns it......starting to worry here as AP is being economical with the truth.
