PF is not without blame, remember "that boat"......even now he still continues to bull5h1t us. He cannot even give away the SQ without making it feel like a brexit negotiation. I thought we were in the security business, a sector that is growing as world threat increases..so why is the gestation period to win a contract 5 years.... it makes no sense. Everything wsg is shrouded in secrecy yet the world builds or upgrades airports and contractors win security contracts, yet wsg do not, our awards always stall.....trump mess, africa re org.....ghana spat....wouldnt surprise me PF states we were about to be awarded a contract in Turkey before they became friendless......pf wants to move up the food chain to managed services which is long term s ense, but it seems that they do not have the forsight to manage risk in these countries and just become victims...so not so sure its bad luck, you are supposed to be prepared and plan for political uncertainty as part of the bidding process, if chance of success is low go somewhere else, but i strongly suspect that all your major suppliers will not touch these countries as they know cos is low...leaving the door open for wsg to have a go.....unfortunately the major players are right in that PF has still not won anything after 7 years of trying.....smiths detection have probably won loads in less complex countries and ones in which we never play because we are a lowly minnow . Equally 3 months since the saudi jv......nothing on any front from this shower, peeps have probably sold tripple bagged on vast/prem had their dinner, become a grandparent and still be able to return here to a sub nominal sp........PF classic response is we have to stop being impatient investors.......as previously said global warming is faster than wsg contract awards....B

Tosh,I like your forbearance here. We have exclusivity do we not, that locks everyone else out. That was given before negotiations, so if the client was that bothered about price he could have ran a competition, he didn’t so wsg appear to have something that put them in the driving seat. With all the ingredients of a formal contract in place, offer, acceptance and consideration (yes !), then wsg have their contract and are doing the work. I don’t believe for one minute we will get the minutiae of the deal in an RNS, probably contract awarded for xx years coz PF is still a snake and it his job to tell us as little as possible. B

H&N, do you know of any other company on AIM that tells the market it is making money and the share price goes down, welcome to the weird world of Westminster. B

I’m glad you think they’re comfortable, however their accountability is to shareholders and not themselves so my struggle is their continuing covert operation when the sp is on its knees, I suspect aiming is right in that they actually don’t care until they need funding and then getting us above nominal becomes the imperative and then we find they can tell us things that were a secret before. B

I am just a simple sole and to me wsg and their partner were awarded a provisional agreement to provide screening services, however there are issues outside their control to stop a formal contract being awarded. So what gets me is that we all know that contracts can be amended, so why are they not insistent on being given an interim contract that gets amended when things are firmed up.....it happens all the time so why not here. B

Not at 9 he won’t. If true, it would suggest the payment on account is in escrow and untouchable..... unlikely as even Ghana know the suppliers to the port have bills to pay and we are 3 months on. Compensation would be asked for as some of those suppliers would borrow money to keep going or just walk away. So my view is that wsg have cash and an impending payment for goods delivered. B

no worries Lint, I sold my 15m vast shares @ 0.15 to get in here...…….similar story with AP, mass dilution, broken promises, but all now forgiven …… same will happen here...……. in the coming weeks. B

well worth a re visit to that podcast, exchanging contact cards is more important than revenue says PF, totally disagree as I have a whole cupboard full of contacts that I will never give a call to. [billy no mates]. Lots of meetings to be had to follow up previous meetings, so explains why things take forever as I suspect they don't hold these things weekly. Nice to see VAST putting out a statement about when their contract will be signed, if only WSG had an inkling as to when they are going to do something similar to give the SP some cheer. B

Invest, So for the sequel to the ITALIAN JOB…Apparently to be called the BANBURY KNOB…... is PF going to be the new Michael Caine and "blow the bloody doors off" to enter this lucrative new opportunity or is he going to wait for termites to eat through it. I sense both options have different timescales and PF [sorry I mean Michael Caine] is likely to opt for the latter, this means the film is likely to be longer than 2 hours. B

Aiming, I get all that but on the Podcast [remember , he actually thought he had won something in June !!], one of his more striking "victim" moments was complaining that we were undervalued and the Market was wrong in its valuation {£20M at the time I think], so what is he doing about convincing the Market we should be £30 M or £50M, fook all, because as you said, he don't do friends....….. he loves being covert and says its the nature of his business...…… I myself think he needs younger blood on the BoD someone who has a Twitter account or has moved on in the media world since his iPhone 4 was thrust in to his hand in 2006. There are smart ways of keeping the company current..... not just bi annual accounts and the anti beating news that disintegrates a week after publication...………. I probably would be less frustrated if I didn't have this stinking cold !!………... B

Surely PF must be busting to tell us revenue [even if it is just interim rates], I just cannot see how saying " in the order of £X per month" could give the game away. Saying "we are being paid" was begrudgingly given as he was getting grief and watching an SP slide, he is still getting grief and an SP slide, so perhaps a bit of benevolence to his long suffering SHs. This is different than the other JVs as he has troops on the ground, I know why doesn't he confirm number of personnel since we were told 40 on the ground 100 more in training...… there must be more he can do to let us know how its all going, but no... he stores all the good news for pre AGMs to make sure he doesn't get cabbaged...………..B

All good stuff Mike, it’s just we seem to be in the only company on AIM where investors are not told how much money the company is making, the usual essential ingredient for investors to measure success and hold the BoD to account, I struggle to understand how the bod can hide behind confidentiality when they could give a significant indication of what the revenue band is. PF just cannot bring himself to give shareholders what they want, everything appears to be on his terms. B
