I have said before that peter will collect all news and depending on whether good or bad will either bury the bad within good news or add all the good together to expect a huge uplift in so, this has happened before but never sustained. Maybe Santa fowler is filling his sack as I type. B

Please can we have some news this week, I don’t think there has been a more boring share to be in since July, this is aim..... you would think life would be one very big rollercoaster.....B

Seymour...…….no significance, just Invest plucking a date from nowhere...…...the contract will be signed in the coming weeks, coz that is what Peter said and he is never wrong. Oh that was in August I think..so not long now. B

Looks like interest in pRem / vast again so money likely moving over there as we wait for that elusive contract, sounds familiar! B

As I suspected.....thanks for that Jonny and confirms the million reasons to sell theory...…… I see normal service resumes with lots of afternoon sales as peeps harvest their drinks money for the weekend...…….. maybe next week we get news……….. but Peter is in no hurry so it seems...…….B

If the draft contract contained those public domain tariffs then I agree there is no disclosure issues, equally if contract duration is still being haggled that's ok, just give us a peak at what's hitting the tills...….what I have learned about Peter from previous form is he collects all the good stuff to store up until he needs to ensure safe passage at AGMs..... we always fall for it and that's the bit that hurts most. Surely we must get something positive in November...… and always a week in to it....B

Tosh, I think Peter loves us all...… who else only gives out good news at xmas……….obvs.... Santa Fowler does !!. He can confirm the Q3 [end of sept] and Q4 payments [shortly after]……… he could say we are now not loss making and have cash in the bank.... none of these things breaks confidentiality at Tema and would give us a bit of cheer...….but as that would break tradition we may have to re name him Grinch Fowler...……...B

Jimzi, I totally agree with H&N sentiment here...……. there has been no announcement to say that the Q3 payment was made [as anticipated in the Aug update], and as we do not know what shortly afterwards means I could let that one go [for now]...………. however "in Q3 2019" IS BEFORE THE 30th SEPTEMBER, so if you are presuming that silence is and always should be seen as confirmation that the payment was received then quite frankly with Peters history you are quite mad...…….. so has anybody asked PF if the payment has been received and did he say it has been...….....equally if the next payment "shortly afterwards" has also been received then why doesn't the f00k3r just tell us for gods sake, I have never known any CEO who has to be beaten to near death to give out information that will help the SHS know what is going on or that timelines are being met...……….."oh...… yes..... forgot to say...……… we are being paid on account" as though it doesn't really matter!!!...jesus wept.....………… the guy is a complete moron......…...………...rant nearly over ……...B

AIM I don't think Peter is taking the risk here, the shareholders always are, he doesn't care about his reputation so it is even more frustrating that the BoD keep us in the dark when we are coming to yearly lows again..……… They allegedly knew what they were doing when they bought the SQ, that turned to custard and now we are Port scanning experts and have no contract but are being paid, against what tariff?, they must have agreed to be paid against something …. totally agree with BigEars that the big boys [Smiths etc] don't play where it takes 4 years to go from MOU to contract award...…... and equally WSG are not be able to win anything worth while in the UK where they have no pedigree or experience.... they advertise a mighty good list of blue chip clients and governments, but yet sit at an MC of £13M...….. doesn't feel as though they sell a lot to these cash rich clients in a world of increasing security demands.... why is that Peter?...…….and yes this does feel like a wildcat that could transform the company...…. but nearly getting contracts over the line doesn't move share prices north...........as we can clearly see........B

I agree AIM...…….. To make the presumption that a 15-30 year contract will need to be perfect from the outset is foolish...… it will be amended through life as the commercial world changes..... therefore there is no reason why provisional prices cannot be signed up to and then adjusted when clarity arises. To be sure there is no clawback, they could set a minimum rate or what they are being paid now just to enshrine agreements in to formal contracts..... you have to believe there is something else behind the delay to which Peter is either not privy or not able to say........has to be T20 traders or peeps who have to get out for one of those million reasons to sell...…………. I am sure Peter thinks he knows what he is doing... history [and the SP] unfortunately suggests that he doesn't...….B

AIM... its a pity the sp does not reflect MP[S and WSG scanning at port on the day to day basis since July.... that will be 4 months paid work and the SP is now lower than when it was announced a) we were scanning and b) we are being paid..... it goes to show what the market thinks of any facts from Peter......……. wonder if he sold that boat?. one presumes the next update will be he now has very very near offers to book price.... he must be a master of negotiation to string it out for 4 months playing hard to get. B

well somebody thinks their £30K is better off elsewhere for now, hugely frustrating...…..B

You would think peeps would at least hang on for the contract before escaping and taking sub 9p...……. after all we have been here for 4 -5 months, but with VAST, PREM and EUA giving instant gratification, who can blame them......B

Feels.... no updates at all in October. Tosh, I too thought I had started up a pen pal relationship with Peter as he responded to my first note as quick as he put on his lippy for the podcast in the summer. Since then he has not returned a single message, I think he has left me for another. Looks like a new prime minister and Xmas may come sooner than the contract. Agh well , now let me start my next letter....... Dear Santa Fowler............ I have been a good boy...........B

So jimzi do you then accept that wsg is just another one of those aim basket cases (within the hundreds) that keeps promising jam, but in reality delivers dilution and empty promises..... PF has had ten years without delivering a single strategic managed service and he cusps a lot.... he is genuinely satisfied with his achievements irrespective of share price.... so we have to share his vision or of course pi55 off, to one of those other aim glaciers you speak about. I think we all accept a wait,,,, coming weeks, 30 days and all that jazz..... but none expected an ice age to come first. B
