Its obvious why the confusion: this was the monumentous moment:

so... there was to be contract, which is now known as a Technical Partnership Agreement and not worth worrying about... so why string us along big Pete?......... Only you know why, but if I recall we were all deflated because it meant... a flight, a pen and a contract..... that sounds ever so familiar.......B

Its good news but feels an anti climax as Pete made out the contract was "a thing"..... and didn't really celebrate when the main contract was signed...…. the fact is that if it was that black and white, none of us would still be asking about "the contract" would we?..... this is just another classic example of the way Pete operates.... not an armchair CEO myself, but still know when a change at the top would sent a real positive message to the market.....Pete is too old school, probably still has a compass in the bottom of his shoe. July is the make or break month for AP..... He was asked many times in the interview today about the July production start.... he answered yes on every occasion but caveated as a soft start... that's ok... and cash rolling in soon after.... so we shall see especially as the financing may be further away...B

Win, Pete grumped about the undervalue sp last June/July …. funny how he would rather play the victim than actually accept that he is part of the problem......being the biggest shareholder doesn't mean he can behave the way he does unchallenged, but seeing that the company is a family business I cannot see the kids biting the hand that feeds them....I see absolutely no reason why April and may numbers cannot be provided....but he needs to keep some powder dry for June......a change at the top has to be part of any transformation here, whilst as a corner shop he can be Granville ,if we ever get bigger, some proper brains are required.....B

Fred, there will be a "biggy", last year was Tema, I note the fudge about "the contract" now being no more than a Technical agreement, so no further action.... so why big it up then Pete?.....B
