Aiming ... he definitely mentioned Framework agreement regarding Menzies., not sure if it was the webinar or the grilling from that nice lady who gave pete his new nickname...pasty pete. In my illustrious career with Frameworks, they are no more than pre agreed prices for goods or services to the customer...no guarantee of volume, but allow quicker contracting...... very nice to have if some agreed throughput had been given, otherwise they mean nothing and do not commit anyone...... that is a comfortable place for Pete because he can spin it to look like loads of business when in fact supply is predicated on demand and that can be switched off like a tap.....B

but surely the covid sales offsetting SL and Tema will just reverse when covid sales decline and SL and Tema rise.. leaving us where we are now...so Pete may struggle with double digit growth in 21 without an MSC. Tema growing to 3M TEU will take time and if the profit is not that great becomes no more than a nice little earner rather than transformative.... cannot see what gets the sp above 15 [could have said 10] without an MSC. Even the Menzies deal looks like a framework agreement meaning that there is a route to market without any guaranteed volume of sales..... more smoke and mirrors from Pete. B

the thing is the share slide continues with more sells than buys daily since the webinar. With a new month nearly upon us and the chuckle brothers [YA/River] about to begin their monthly dump... I can only surmise that the 7s will become 6s unless pasty pete has an MSC up his sleeve. B

I myself was looking at sub 40 again.... got some in the 30s months back but wished I had not been too sheepish and bought more as this will get back to a quid by year end hopefully. Everyone who needs a new strategy needs a consultant.

Having too many Fowlers in key positions should be challenged..... Imagine the Board meeting, Bilbo Baggins [Sir Tony] will be a little worse for wear on the pink gins leaving only siblings to respond to Dad, sorry I mean the CEO on key strategy decisions..... very unhealthy unless you concede this is a family business not a publicly quoted one. So HB and H&N, your dodging the question, are you happy with the SP?..... have the Board done their best for shareholders?.... who are these happy holders [apart from Pete?].... we are not knockers just realists, is the market unfairly picking on Pete?.... I would change my view if the rhetoric matched the reality but it does not... 8p is about right for a company making little to no profit and just getting by on the scraps from the big boys. B

David, I think the key question from me would be "what are the Board going to do to get trust back". The inference that they are not accountable for the poor performance of the share price is just utter denial of their own incompetence and poor communication with shareholders. The CEO is dismissive of any challenge and holds minority shareholders in utter contempt, marking most down as "traders".... who are quite clearly scum in his book B

gawd... I email pasty pete all the time. We all have at some point. He came back within 10 mins when I first e mailed him. I got 3 pages of all his achievements and a clip around the ear for asking him cheeky questions. I am a young urchin in Petes book and should be seen and not heard. I thought we were pen pals from that first kiss, but alas, I have been filtered I think. I still write though, latest being yesterday applauding him for the best webinar I have ever attended. I think at one stage in the webinar he actually said they had the best website in the world !!!... that did it for me. still stuck in svs limbo...damn. B
