win, so we are in the grip of a pandemic, kids going back to school, business re-opening and August would be a massive month for preparations.... and wsg have nothing to report!.....................B

not a word [or a contract worthy of sharing] since 18th Aug............. still here, ITI shambles..........B

morning all... just having a peak out of my cave.... still a wsg shareholder due to the ITI debacle unfortunately. Seems not a sausage has been worthy of reporting since Aug 18th.......not a sale in sight, is the pandemic over?.....must be waiting for that sales manager to turn up . Volume down so Pete will be pleased that the traders have all died of old age ........ smithers gone, so Aiming you will get bored soon and will be off out to sell some wsg....... yawn .......back to the cave..... see you at xmas, Pete always has something in his stockings to cheer us up. Tough bit [and the inevitable placing] done now... AP has 2 months funding to get us over that bloody line......in that 2 months we expect production [yes the real one] to begin. we expect a JORC and we expect final approval for the asset backed funding..... we should also for the first time have money coming in ...... so it will all happen or AP will f00k it up again........B

Nah DT, looks like it hasn't broken below 16, so maybe it will go up now........ low 15s seemed like the floor today and bounced off it quite quickly..... anyways, making money soon, one day rodney....... B

ant, to be fair he did clarify that further placings depends if he needs funding for a new project.........but lets wait and see. B

Lets go on a drug induced trip for a moment and look at this through some different glasses:

If AP is to be believed then we have an "earn in" agreement [whatever that means] whereby we [VAST] have received an 80% interest in Aladdin's Cave [valued at approx £100M by AP] for something in the order of £10M-15M if you add up all the contributions over the years.... that will generate profits of over £1M per month by next year........so one might say we are very lucky and should stop grumping... [as long as you joined the bus at 0.1p and not 0.6p].......... so I am trying to be quite sanguine about the ups and downs of getting the mine going and I often tell AP my thoughts, and he does occasionally respond.... he did so today when I thanked him for removing the sword of a thousand cuts we endured for the last 2 weeks. ...... anyways........we should all be laughing [or crying] at xmas..... might just be worth the wait if the finance deal turns up sooner than we think. Food for thought. B

Maybe VAST only need to sign the Ts and Cs on the table and return the application form second class to our International Rescue Bank, and the money wired over next Monday............... B

well, an interesting non surprise surprise this morning...... the real question is, when will final approval be received for the asset backed finance deal.? Another podcast on the horizon ? they do tend to follow to enable AP to clarify all the misunderstandings. I continue to hold but no top up for me this time..... plenty more rainbows out there. B

Rob, a fairly extensive list. I sent a note to Andrew the other day asking him to confirm if a placing is on the cards. I mentioned that the market has factored one in.... no response.

Its a good stir...... the 2 year narrative is kind of difficult to dispute in hindsight ....... the question of AP and his direct contribution [pro rata] to BP costs is fair and in the spirit of openness should we not see that AP shares the downside.....B

baits.....I have seen this happen many times before and unfortunately the reasons tend to point to an impending placement that has been pre sold and we are buying them up..... so lets say AP needs a mil [700m shares], then they have been sold over the last few days at 18/19 by the placees..... we are now buying them [or they are buying them back] at 17 and they were placed at 16....... so lots of short term money in the margins to be made ......... just my guess......B

not budging after a lot of buys at 17.......... feels like the placing bus stop to me........ that was my last mil @ 17 so just going to jump on the bus and see what happens.... hope there are no bridges on the Aladdin cave bit of the tour. B
