I dont buy that tils is being shorted because traders are getting mixed up with Tesla....how stupid do you have to be to get mixed up between a $400 stock and a $3 stock. They dont get mixed up when tesla is flying...

The other reason takeover does not fit is the placing...unless the placing was an opportunity provided to give them a starting stake for a takeover in coming months..wtfdik....just delirium setting in

The real question is why is it being manipulated...

Buyout of stem but at what price...I cannot see company selling stem on the cheap and any buyout of stem will not affect tils current price...
The only other remote possibility is a buyout of Tils...however they would have to pay highest price paid which is $12 for all remaining shares...
I honestly believe there is a takeover coming...that is the only scenario that fits for me even if it does not look possible....
.there is currently about a million shares shorted...these contracts would have to close...some have already closed and that's when we have seen the small rises...

Unfortunately as you say it is an operator stock....controlled by a few.....

Down again on Nasdaq....what I really want to know is why are they so confident no matter what the news is the share will fall...and fall it does...we could get takeover news and the share will still be shorted....its like they have been given a solid guarantee it will fall on open and then recover slightly at close....rant over.

I did say that any recovery would be slow and painful. Its doubtful what will move this. One day it might spike for no reason. Another good rns down the drain.
