Nothing much that can be done for holders. Might as well pass GO and collect your free shares unless there is a spike on providing an alternative exit strategy. I am not looking forward to the period post demerger. This is when the Bod will have to build the share price up again. But this is also the time there will be potential bargain hunters with the Nasdaq getting interested again. You can see what effect the demerger/Nasdaq has had on sp by comparison with sng. SNG massive placing of £87 million and the sp remains above placing price. Also still a long way from knowing what Accustem will list at. Then also time needed to build Accustem strategy unless a sell is on the cards. I tend to think Accustem will be sold post demerger and this was the only way to do it without losing control of Tiziana with the plus of rewarding long suffering investors. However it is taking absolutely forever.

Nelson....my thoughts too....the demerger is not all that exciting considering a lot expect the sp to fall afterwards. So you will see huge shorts opening after demerger. Also any value in Accustem cannot be realised after demerger as will not be listed for a while and any value tied up for months with a negative impact on your Tils holding. Only advantage for lth like ourselves is if Accustem is sold prior to listing. As potential investors could invest in tils after demerger at a discount to current price.

It's all about managing expectations.....a long while ago many of us expected big things with stemprint and the demerger......however this so far has not played out....likewise we expect good things from the Brazil trials which will be some time away. Main concern for me right now is the heavy manipulation that has affected the sp in a major way. Also the control by the Nasdaq is also a major concern. The big question is why is this share so tightly controlled....these types of shares that are under this level of control are called operator stocks and most advisers tell you to steer clear. Swerve...I agree...sp is stagnant....shorts still opening ..14% yesterday....what I dont understand is shorts will have to close for their clients accounts to receive free shares...yet no great surge in closing shorts yet...also no arrival of herd for free shares....they will almost certainly short the crap out of share after demerger and so far we have not had any real surge in sp. Also you cannot hold rns back. If it is price sensitive they have to release. Wonder what they will say tonight

Let's be cool...I share your concerns....great pipeline....however no interest in tiziana imo. Need pr....and also do not think there will be a massive rush for free shares.. . With demerger....they will have an excuse to drop price further...hence shorts have increased with volume. Standard pattern for last 10 weeks each day...opens higher...drops and shorted on Nasdaq....there must be a reason that they are controlling this. I still think a takeover of sorts is in the works and hence tight control on price. They have tried everything in the book to get people to sell.

Some confusion....shares shorted to 30/09/20 is 625,440. An increase on previous month....shares shorted from 1/10/2020 to 14/10/2020 is 933,859 which is a 49% increase on last notification at end of September. Short interest is reported twice a month on Nasdaq and this will be updated tomorrow with tonight's shorts. As you can see shorts have increased by 49% since 30/09/2020.

Sp being hammered on Nasdaq tonight as whimax mentions possible pull down for shorts to close...if this is case should finish blue either close tonight or close tomorrow. Who knows anymore?

Sort interest was figure at end of September...it is only reported twice a month...for October first report will be tomorrow so should be totals up to that date...I will see if I can do the calcs later.

The way tils sp is performing it looks like demerger is priced in. I am no longer sure that there will be a rise closer to demerger date. Need some PR regards stemprint....maybe more on value on stem...is a ce mark due? Notification on Brazil trials would help. What happened to NDA discussions? Hoping for a Friday rns....we need something from the BOD.

Shiraz not too worried about SNG....signals were evident when no real basis for rise....derisked in 220s....still hold a few...will top up when price is right...basically SNG will now mimic Tils ..there will be more pain as will have to wait for trial results...long way off...Tils are closer to end game. Really dont understand why fda are forcing phase 3...will covid still exist when trials end. Do these people actually want to help people with covid.
