You cannot make it up....I get that people are confused and the BOD have not helped....but if you really want Acc shares buy week before and hold....why leave it to last minute. However it is now clear that Nasdaq are not interested prior to demerger...the shorting continues....dont quite understand how they will return acc shares to actual holders.....will they buy after Nov 6?

Letsbcool......my thoughts...exactly.....unfortunately my unhappiness regards the demerger mess and my rants from 2 months ago have come to haunt me...nothing has changed....pipeline is great...long hold until this demerger mess is over

Bmo3 ....I am fully loaded with tils and happy to hold...however this demerger process just kicks you in the teeth ...time and time again.

The potential of this company is off the chart. The demerger process has been a reason for sp being dragged down for months now. I originally blamed the magnitude of placing...but look at sng £87 million placing and still trading above placing price. Long term investors will be rewarded and we should get some return to normality 2nd week of November. I always said it would be long and painful.

Raaydaar I have not got a clue...if the shorts dont close today....they will have to buy accustem shares to give back ....how will they do that if they wont be traded for a while? BMO3 with the lack of detail of day 1 Accustem so far...I am betting on Accustem being sold before delisting. However right now nothing has played out to previous assumptions so wtfdik????

Hi ...I did say...I was worried that there would be no big surge...however the increase from 120 to 180 could be considered a surge. I think the biggest issue is that the Americans are really confused about the demerger. However as of last night the were still shorting and they therefore are expecting a fall after demerger dates...and will close shorts after demerger. Also with no value attributed to Accustem I assume they are taking their chances. Imo still a good chance that Accustem will be bought out before listing

Smoke....in one of the interviews in May Gabriellec stated that stemprint was a takeover target and he did not want Tils to be taken over due to the crown jewel which he stated was Milciclib. The demerger was to prevent takeover. In a later interview he stated that Gilead or any other big pharm may want to buy out Accustem. Anyone who owns tils owns stem so it is not been given away.

Company looks great...currently doing more research hope to buy Monday

Sk.......for me Accustem is a bonus...and because they are free...will hold longer term...Tils was always the game changer for me...and in shaa Allah trials are success

Sk...I pretty much has same strategy...initially I expected a spike near demerger...and was going to sell half...however my strategy has changed...due to price I will keep the lot and bought further yesterday after selling other stock to bank accustem shares. If it drops after demerger which imo will not be as bad as I once thought...I will buy more by selling other stock. Accustem will come good and it will buy me a new house.

I dont disagree that them shares will have to be returned.....they are just leaving it a bit last minute???

Not convinced that there will be a rise into demerger...I assumed that shorts would be closed...but no evidence of this happening with a further 17% last night. I am loaded...got my accustem shares booked in. Nasdaq doesn't look like they are interested maybe buys will come in after demerger. Maybe expecting a lower entry after demerger. Still 3 days to go.

Managed to moved some funds around and bought more at 172 this am....

There is still some time between now and Accustem listing so a lot can happen between now and then. I also seen the detail in 16 September rns...and hence I mentioned ipo in my earlier post today. I assume some form of valuation will be put forward before listing followed by an ipo which would imo be a good way to get stem out in q1 but also provide shareholders with some value.

Lolm....if there is no quick sale planned they will need funds to secure ce mark and also to launch stem in q1?

Shiraz I thought he said no fund raise for Tils....I assume there will have to be some form of raise for Accustem? They could do a ipo on launch on top of allotted shares?
