0161....just watched....professor quoted the treatment is designed to help those with weak immune systems which vaccines cannot help. The sell off of covid stocks seems extremely premature. Tils needs PR.

Its interesting that they sold after the demerger...they will still have a 19% stake in accustem...we wont be able to confirm until tr1. Its disappointing to see the Nasdaq fall...but I didn't expect us to rise to level with Nasdaq. The company are positioned with funds to see them thru however without the necessary business expertise/pr its becoming difficult to see what will see us consolidate higher. I can see investors now selling in to any rise...so I dont expect us to hold any gains from positive results...people will sell out due to xmas but also due to price action history....however do we believe the results will be on time. Rumours of an offer...if they were offered £3 that right now is a great offer considering the continued downward pressure on share price. So today is a Friday...so a standard selling into weekend....expedited by rumours of seller out....trouble is when tr1 lands this will see further selling. We never seem to win with timings. Let's see what next week brings never seen a share fall so much based on no bad news...heaven knows what would happen if we actually got bad news. Gla.

Shiraz...I dont know about others...when I do my research and pick a stock to hold and not trade I get miffed when spanners get thrown in to the mix, that being how the demerger was handled. I have been lucky and was able to top slice along the way. Others haven't and there is no harm in calling out some of the questionable actions by the board. This has been an extremely frustrating share to hold.

This board is one of the best boards about....at lot of us support each other...and some a great in providing info.....let's keep it up I originally bought 70-90 however have topped up higher so my average is 130. Most of us are in the red some more than others...we all have our meltdowns me more than others....there is no doubt the demerger process has been a total disaster....however as Roker has eloquently stated the company is in a stronger position than before fully funded with accustem demerged. For me the accustem will be hidden away as a long term investment that I can cash in in some years. Tils is on the cusp of transforming into a major pharm...they need to bring in people who can take this forward...the science is there however in my opinion the business acumen is not. Hopefully soon we will all be rewarded. Let's look after each other through this blip and we will be better in 2021.

Bmo3....always great to hear your views....you are right vaccines wont help the 55 million people who have had or currently have covid....my brother is overweight and has underlying health conditions caught covid...he was hospitalised for 8 days and 3 weeks is still struggling with long covid. MaBs is needed

Thanks 0161...from the document it suggests only people holding on record date will have an application made on there behalf for accustem shares. So anyone buying after will not qualify. Therefore in reality they are ex dividend but no ex dividend date set. The ex dividend date then in this case is more than a formality and I think because this is not clear some in the US may think they are due accustem shares if buying now hence the difference. Either way it is not clear and it is impacting the share price. The process has been a mess.

0161...so what is answer....I read the jpm pdf and it says that they will apply to register based on shares held on record date. So if you didn't hold on record date you dont get accustem?

Muffin each to their own...main reason I invest is profit....in tils case if they can do some good the better....however history being the case Britain has not supported british companies....invested in sng also...good company...great product that can help with covid...govt could have supported and got sng 001 out and saved lives while they await for vaccines....never happened...sng went to the market for £87 million....similar with tils they have a product that can treat coronavirus....rivals Regeneron...little govt support could have help save british lives....save British jobs..Never happened. ....the govt has had the chance to support British pharm....all the money went to vaccines and testing and not on treatment. Vaccines will not treat long covid or treat lung damage....therapeutics will. Old classic...IBM created in Manchester UK...supported and taken over by USA. Arm holdings.....small british chip company...... taken over by Japanese company...no interest by UK....turns out they make chips for Apple and other.....could carry on. Right now with Brexit being forced on 50% of population....unemployment rising they need to start investing in UK genius and expertise....it wont happen....we just dont want to invest in British when now more than ever we need to.

Jh....why would you buy on US markets if it is cheaper on UK....with my broker I have option to buy on either. Probably reason for crappy volume in US. The current situation leaves a lot to be desired and hence another reason for a new investors to avoid. UK market needs to catch up...but what will make that happen is anyone's guess...tils has become a depressing share to hold.
