More details in the morning.... May get detail of who the institutional investors are. Positive is that we have institutional investors who want a third of the company? Negative is that they want in at a discount which hurts us..... The money will get the projects in progress. Long-term positive.... Short term kick in teeth. However I am here for long term....

Que......... The £25 million by institutional investors good thing in long run... However will have short term impact on share price...... Most who avoided buying will get a cheaper entry but those that bought higher will see portfolio in the red for a lot longer.

Based on 33% looks like those who said 6p may get their price.

Additional 338 million shares..... 33% dilution.... .... Extremely long hold now. Placing was always the risk.... But this big not expected.

when my investment doubled I sold majority....who knew they would be a solid hold 3 years on..However the 250000 is a free ride and easier to hold and forget about. Planning on doing similar here.... Will sell a bunch at 25p to pay for initial investment..then hold the rest for pounds.

Closed up 23% in States to 13 cents equivalent to 10p in UK.

Still early days.... There will be many who take profit today..... There will be some loading up...... SP needs to find new trading range....

VLS much further along and also carbon negative..... The company in Zurich is many years away and so is Prometheus...... Both are start ups.....Having said all that.... There is plenty of room for many players. Good luck to all 3 companies.

Sp will not go to 7p IMO.... Because then the market is saying there is no value in deals signed.... I think price will go up from here.

Convb.... All this needs right now is the right finance deal for it to explode..... Each to their own. All you need to look at is Nikola motors... Shot to 33billion dollar valuation based on pushing a truck down a hill.... No tests... Etc they were financed and had major deals with major car companies based on nothing.... VLS proven tech.... 2 major contracts with potential for more. However each to their own view.

Exactly the main reason I am trying to buy as many as I can now is to be able to sell half at say 25p the profit paying for my whole remaining holding enabling me to hold the rest for long term..... As a benchmark I am using possible future revenues from the 2 deals less estimated cost of producing the fuel and contributing to production of plants.... Trying to work out what them numbers are.... But as a guesstimate £3 per share by 2026, low price due to number of shares in issue... As company becomes profitable I expect share consolidations to take place.

Agreed, I don't think many people understand just how big the the SW deal is.

MV...... I was in quadrise back in 2012....back then there product hadn't even been tested...... On the signing of the Maersk deal it went from 9p to 50p in 3 months from memory. Unfortunately Maersk canceled the deal and quadrise is back to 3p. IMO VLS far advanced.... Proven technology with fuel tested in flight. 2 massive deals.... Ongoing projects.... Current focus on environment..... Possible USA funding.... Based on future revenue.... Also govt support for environmental friendly fuels.... I suspect a major finance deal is not far away. For me 50p as early as March 2022.....anything at current prices is a bargain. I will keep buying if it drops....Dyor. Good luck all....
