Sem fundraise always dilute share price, standard let's say we get contract signed at this price. Let's say share price goes to 5p, let's say fundraise is at disc of 1p so 4p. Initially price will go back to 4p and dip below. The extent of the decline is down to how much dilution. Let's say they issue 25% more shares. Sp will go down by 25% below the 4p. So will go to 3p. However the rest depends on what the fund are used for and what it means to the business . The funds will be used to fund further trials to support commercial revenues. Just my view from previous fundraise activities on other shares.

Why I am I here good question
No point exiting at current price due to losses, they might as well sit in my portfolio as does VLS however my average is better there.
Not sure I said this is as good as it gets, however I take my negative view implies the same.
This has turned from an investment to a lottery ticket.
If they manage to sign something, once we get past a probable fundraise, there may be a snowball effect where other companies sign up.
So in other words I am looking for a miracle.
I am not a negative person , however totally frustrated with the progress and if I am honest the venting is a relief for my frustration.

Under normal circumstances 1p won't matter, however if we are fast running out of money a fundraise at 1p will hurt.

Regarding trading qfi, only a madman unless they are shorting the stock

Regarding Morroco nothing signed, possible signature in December 2022.

Even if we get something signed, they will follow with a huge fundraise to progress the trials, see VLS contract signed, sp goes from 5p to 14p, huge fundraise back to 4p

There are more than enough negatives.

I have been here forever......Crippen has not
influenced my negativity.....the sp has. I would love this to come good but like I said we are at 1.5p.....the gap between now and when we get news may negatively impact the sp further. Where do you think the sp will be when we eventually get news?

We are currently at 1.5p, from here without news do we think we are going to go up or down?

Based on our history how confident are we that going to get news in near term?

They are my only 2 points.

No offence Tuckman, when you say mood behaviour when the sp falls. The sp is at the bottom and right now the only news that will lift it from the very bottom is a signed contract which now is another 6 months away (can officially kicked) why should anyone believe that something will be signed. The biggest worry is what will be the sp when we eventually get news, let's say 0.5p and the news will lift it to 1p. I know I will never get my original investment back. So yes mood not great.

I don't think they are overlooking Morroco I just think like crippen and Vince have said, yet another project trial and kick the can down the road. As before they will hype something up and probably bang us for more dilution. No more funds from me.

We are seeing buys as we are back at the bottom

I guess we were hopeful on yesterday's conference, unfortunately nothing came out of it. Sp is back at bottom as no market confidence due to decades of close but no cigar. Lots of interest shown but no hard signatures. Nothing to be done if companies taking forever to work through contract.

Lowlife, great point, this is a bona-fide recession proof product, currently near its all time low, a fantastic investment opportunity for all new investors.

Unfortunately market sentiment for qfi all time low, add in the dire state the markets are in, any news that does not have a contract signed will have no impact on sp. I am sure most investors like me a showing a loss and will only make money if sp is multiples of current price and therefore daily increments mean nothing. For new investors this is a fantastic opportunity at these prices.

Qfi currently in the best shape that at anytime in there history, this is sadly not reflected in the current share price which is not far off its all time low of 1.4p. Unfortunately no confidence in the market as we have been here before so many times, weeks turn into months, months turn into years. Let's hope this is it and this year we have a good Xmas. December it is then, one last hope.
