the way this is playing out, it looks to me that mb is setting up the company for a cheap takeover.....drop the price with the placing, setting a **** u pi discount, stop losses kick in allowing investors to buy up huge % and allowingthem to take shares from sticky hands, gets in himself with £100k , gives his mates a huge %....keeps sp depressed, next stop takeover at 7 -10p

This should have flown on land permit alone....however insiders sold as they were aware of the placing.....placing was the mother of all *uck u over placings ever with a 47% discount. Today's rns has had a whimper of impact. Fully financed now but still huge amounts of selling pressure. It will take some time to recover to pre placing price of 3.70 never mind 6p

This placing at 47% discount has killed the company, reminds me of ntog, if and when revenue comes in, the revenue is not enough to counteract the dilution due to the many placings. This will remain in the 2p region for a long long time.

No good news is coming, no bounce....no good news has ever come.....

Cyber you need to be honest, this is only going down, every rns has only sent this down, this placing at 2p has wiped 47% of today's price and you are telling everyone this will bounce. With the amount of shares in circulation it will take heavy volume to move this, 7 million traded today to move it 0.20p. How much volume will it take to move it tomorrow, Mm's gonna manipulate further , furthermore loads of stop losses will be hit tomorrow, probably see 1.5p. No one in his right mind is buy following the biggest shafting I have ever taken on a share. I don't think i have ever seen a placing at a 47% discount. This has been solely for Mike and his mates. I am sorry Wos but you have be saying this is shooting up for over a year.....you have been wrong forever....this is only going down and will take a long time for price to get back to today's price....I am not sure why you cannot admit that mr buck has shafted everyone.....too many shares in issue for a quick recovery.....and we know there are only delays, placing, delays ,placings....so sp will stay depressed......we have seen the sp fall on every rns....so u must be getting paid to spout ur nonsense

All the dilution has wiped everyone holding out, not enough recoverable oil for the sp to move too, after this placing the highest this will achieve this year is 3p........everyone has been shafted....

Not sure why negativity, rns clearly outlines progress and route to commercialization. July/August will be producing....investment decision based on future events....end of year share price should be multiple of today's price. Each to their own. Dyor

Based on where the company is today....most of hard work done....wouldnt this be the most effective time for a company with cash to takeover matd and drill the oil themselves making massive profits......bringing down price means they can accumulate the percentage available by scaring people into selling and obviously getting the shares at rock bottom pre-rns prices????

The drop on the SP is crazy considering this jumped to 7p on anticipation of the approvals.....the drop suggests insiders are aware of bad news....not good sign
