Anton - there's no evidence of the shorts going up as we discussed yesterday. If it bounces it's just because daytrader's look at the chart & think it may bounce. Let's get real!

According to HL "Shares held electronically will no longer be held directly in your name – and your details won’t appear on the company’s shareholder register." meaning (I think!!!) your "electronic" shares would show up as 'Hargreaves Lansdown' rather than 'General Public'?

Flavius - Director(s) plural have not really been buying anything significant. Only one has been buying. The other's bought what little they've bought only when a gun was held to their head (well at least thats my broad understanding from reading various remuneration reports).

Anton - so in conclusion..... the SP is just going down now due to people selling now as opposed to shorting now?

Flavius - "Only 9% of shares are held by general public." Are you sure? That doesn't sound right! I mean Sam (16.8% + 4.19%), Azvalor 12%, RWC 5.1%, Sustain Cap 3.47%, Goldman 3.05%, are the only major shareholders according to the Annual Report.

Anton - "why haven't we seen an increase in shorts?" - Maybe because the shares have lost over 99% of their value already. Given that - there are probably better shorting opportunities elsewhere!

UT 1.1m at 9.23p. (off another 9% today?) RG now down negative £807K on shares bought since becoming a director. Doesn't make sense does it! I reckon there will be a "holistic refinancing" whatever that means - probably a sophisticated way of saying the assets get passed on to other parties and the poor old shareholders get shafted with nought.
