Is the majority of the £4.4m cash at bank as at 30th June pencilled in for Vardar?
If we become majority shareholder of Vardar with 51% what difference will this make?

Moon pigs year end today. Turnover and profit will be at least 100% better than last year if not more imho. News of dividends would be good too.

The last share information we received was as at 31st December 2020 when 71.52% of the shares were held in Sweden.
We are now 3 and a bit months on so that figure must be somewhere in the region of 72.2% - 72.7% (looking at the rate of increase from 2020).
Does this make our shares more valuable as there is less of them?
I would think any LTH's are not about to sell for FOMO reasons. Yes, its dead capital that could be used elsewhere I guess but anyone that has come this far will surely be waiting another few months/years just in case.

I think this has plenty of legs left yet. Still a big risk to start booking loads of summer holidays so expect another summer staycation in Blighty. Still lots of work to do around the house and now the gardens will be taking priority as it warms up and we can spend time outside.
Records will be broken in 2021 that’s for sure
