Is crypto still a thing? Now the bubble has burst, and everyone's calmed down, if there's a long term future for crypto, then we're in for a long and hopefully profitable ride
I've held these shares for years, good dividend but very poorly performing share price. I dare not do the maths on whether this has been positive or negative overall as I suspect there's not much capital gained for me on this one.
RE: but the real disaster will actually begin12 May 2022 12:11
I've been saying this for a while now. There's a tipping point when the buy to let landlords start dumping housing stock to realise the gains they've made in the last decade, causing a drop in prices that starts a panic sell off. Supply will out strip demand and a full on housing market crash will begin. Rent prices will start to come down too. There's a rocky road ahead.

This is the first share I ever bought, on advice from Motley Fool. Safe to say, I stopped reading their advice a very long time ago. I've got no choice now but to hold for better news and hope the SP rises in the future.
Seems to me that we've been on a big slide since the Block Listing Return. Hopefully someone else can explain the background reason. RNS announced on Wed, 8th Sep 2021 at 14:24
It's like betting on the greyhounds, this. Good results = 20% dip. Go figure! Someone behind the scenes knows more than the average PI and that's what's so frustrating. I'm a long term hold on this one.
