I understand that many here are not interested in TA and dismiss it.
However, as I try to point out, it is just crowd psychology at work.
It topped out at 132p which is a bit lower than the old 137p high as well as the 142p.
Thats when the sell off started and clearly the sellers were anxious to let the shares go. Whether or not the 95p allocation has been a contributing factor is hard to say, but clearly no one had to wait for the allocation to sell. If you knew you were going to get at least your entitlement at 95p then selling that amount straight away at 132p say, knowing it would be replaced at 95p was again a pretty straight forward way of making money. For us smaller holders it perhaps was not worth it but larger shareholders clearly were given a license to print money.
(For the last time (promise), its buyers that force the price down which is why you keep seeing more buys then sells in down days.)
