I don't want or need to buy any further AVCT shares. I want them to go to at least 500p. I want to be out of this stock sooner rather than later. I expected the LFT to have propelled the SP to around 500-1000p during this year, not go backwards.

Having money tied up in non performing stocks is not the plan. I know plenty here don't care how long it takes, but thats not true. Many here don't care how long it takes providing it all comes good. (Which is not the same thing...at all.)

Anyway, the next few weeks should finally one way or the other, put this stock to bed, for me.

PJT, I agree with the first bit and indeed my personal view is that its still on course, otherwise I would sell completely.

I just think when some posters are unequivocal in their view that there are, in fact, alternatives that might account for the delay, its worth at least highlighting or exploring them.

I internally struggle with what AS has said thus far about the trial which as you refer to, is pretty positive, and then remember the crap he came out with on several occasions during the prolonged LFT debacle.

This is clearly "my problem" but ultimately, based on what he has said before, I don't trust what he says and will only know for sure when the results are released whatever they throw up. The only positive is that the trial has continued. However that one fact is a very powerful one, in favour of a successful outcome.

At some stage, all will be revealed.

And the reason anyone could be reasonably sceptical, is that we have been here before on delays and missed timelines and "inflection points" etc etc and they have never materialised.

I have no idea what's going on or why there has been a delay. RAH thinks its going into January for instance). I get that the SP might not go up because not enough people know what AVCT are up to and therefore the SP stalls, but for it to fall requires sellers and not finding buyers at higher prices just at the time the news is about to drop.

To assume that it is because fantastic news is about to be released seems illogical to me based on the previous history of this company and the SP current trajectory.

I have for instance, no idea why AVCT can't say the trial is finished and it will take a further few weeks correlate the info for a presentation.

They do have a duty to shareholders and the lack of info is now becoming a recurring problem with AVCT.

And before you go mental (forlorn request, I know), I still hold but only in a quantity I am comfortable with if the unforseen does occur.

The statement DTW made was lazy because it does not stand up to the basic scruitiny.

DTW thinks The market has mispriced the stock because its poorly researched. Yet there have been numerous RNS's and interviews for the market to see.

But when the next RNS comes out the market will miraculously be informed this time around and the the "true" value will be realised.

strangy, when I mention the market I am referring to the SP, the SP being as low as it suggests to me that given how few days are left of this year and quarter, that no news is likely forthcoming. (The movement of the SP makes a pattern which is sometimes called a chart.)

at least my posts can't be blamed for the weak SP. (not that that will change the myopic view of many here I'm sure). I guess the market is not expecting any news this quarter.

Its difficult LG I agree, to calibrate the churn and the results from it.

Longer term holders have seem their investment fall. so it unlikely they would sell now, given the drill is defo back on. So they are in and maybe topping up if funds allow.

the majority of new money coming in today to see if the drill pays off will probably hang around to drill results of maybe just before depending on their risk appetite.

The RI funding money now committed I would have thought again the majority will wait for the results of the drill.

Hi guys I am ok, just biding my time . got Harl but sitting on a loss at the moment but thats ok. I have got my MMag stock, so will see how that goes. (currently a few % above breakeven). I am a bit less enthusiastic than Yanis as it seems to have little barriers to entry and there is competition already but still see potential short term SP growth.)

Had to take a little out of everything to get a much bigger stake in HE1 this morning. so far so good. Think it will go to 20p ish before the drill in the next 2-3 months

Normally Loz I would agree, but under my reasoning (ha!) I think the buyers at the placing price are not looking to make 10-20% when it could be a lot more for the sake of 8-12 weeks.

If I am right then the churn will be small and demand will push the SP up more quickly than might be expected. (imo dyor etc)

looks like demand building I have bought in 4 separate tranches this morning and the price is starting to rise already

so at last it has arrived.

I have followed this company sine it was about 16p pre the last drill attempt without knowing anything about the stock or indeed exploration but I understood the risk reward and the potential. I have since then looked at and invested in other exploration companies and all have come up wanting.

My personal experience has shown me to largely ignore the words of CEO's as they are too exaggerated bordering on deliberately deceitful.

This is the first time I feel I have enough personal experience on this particular company to enable my own thoughts not to be influenced by others.

Once the first drill "failed" I think DM knew the game was up as there was not enough time and therefore money before he could go again. So knowing a cash raise was necessary he spent the remaining money on looking and refining other potential drill sites because he knows the first one was all but a success.

Therefore I expect the fund raise to to primarily be about just one drill and the extra financed raised is just to reassure the market that its not a 1 drill gamble. (it does also genuinely give some sort of potential 2nd attempt, but the next is drill is all or nothing for me.)

I think the first drill will be within meters of the original and the size of the new rig reflects that this time there will be no screw ups . They know the exact terrain and exactly the likely problems that could arise and have put everything in place to overcome the obstacles that may arise.

The fact that the directors are also contributing their own money is also another major positive for me (actions always speak louder than words).

This at last feels more certain, or perhaps a better way is less of a risk than it was.

It looks to me as though the pieces are now all in place for a better odds outcome than normally one could expect from this type of stock and that he had actually planned this outcome fairly soon after the initial first attempt disappointment.

Just my thoughts, please DYOR etc etc.

Actually Rah, on the basis that JT is right (and its a very fair post) then it has to come back to why then does AIM so misprice AVCT which was my post was asking.

And I think its worth exploring because AVCT is on AIM and still will be on AIM when the results are published.

So, the market has mispriced AVCT for years.

When will it stop mispricing it? (and will it ever, if it has done so far?)

Will it be on the back of good results of this trial? and what should the new value be? I ask so we know if the market is still getting it wrong.

Therefore are we collectively saying that currently the market does not believe the tech works. But only will, on the back of the end of p1
