I'm not worried, I just don't like people who say stupid things like PL75 to get away with his made up stuff when its so transparently and equally stupid as it nonsensical.

Plus being this uncivil is not how we react face to face and I feel it should not be given a free pass just because people are indeed anonymous, people like ripley who positively glory in trying to shock others with his boorish behaviour is simply depressing.

2 things Tim, even though you have all filtered me, you still comment on my posts without knowing what I am saying which seems both arrogant , and self defeating.

because i'm not sold out ICE. (how many times....). I have a core holding of AVCT and then have a trading pot which I flit around various stocks, incl AVCT.

I don't care about AVCT, its just another stock. If it comes good I will be delighted, but if for some reason it doesn't it won't make much difference to me. So I don't go quite so overboard with the one-eyed view that so many here have.

what do you get out of saying what you do?

The same old stuff relentlessly posted day after day after day, regurgitating, is it us, leak, sujood knows, abuse on whoever has the temerity to offer an alternative pov (as opposed to discussing the alternative view), wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend., there are more buys than sells, its MM again, casino AIM thats Corrupt, prints after hours, unrelated companies being bought out.

The list feels endless. But hey, I get it, its just me.......

EGTP, fwiw I think it is working but my take in trying to balance the SP with that belief, is that a 5th DE might be on the cards?

I know no one here gives a tinkers cuss about timescales, but these delays not only hinder the (hopeful) eventual time it gets to market but also allows other trials to catch up in their own fields.

The market is very dynamic and time is actually of the essence.

And just one for Hurst, who regularly keeps posting about other companies bought out for billions who are also in trial without a proven product only highlights as to why no one has done that for AVCT? So all he does is keep reminding many here how the big companies seem to have currently no interest in AVCT, even though we have various tie ups with other bigger companies who are also seeing if out tech has commercial applications. Does not that seem odd to anyone else?

So although it can all change in an instant, which is why we all hang on, but some of the background noise is frustratingly negative at the moment as recognised by the SP. IMO DYOR ETC

Many here should think more about their investment then trying to invent scenarios for me that try and "prove" a pathetic point. Which as you clearly have not worked out yet is...pointless.

relax derby, I don't sit on a 20% loss. I take action much sooner than that.

But try realise if I am this terrible trader, then by definition I will trade the stocks and part of that is to cut losses quickly.

So many here are so wrapped up in what I do that whatever I say I am a liar. So you happily believe I bought at 119p because I said so and now the stock has fallen you are so happy but won't belive it when I post atrade that makes money.

I tried just to shut you up telling you what I was doing at the time but that didn't work either.

So go your own sweet way but I have lot more stocks on the go than this, currently poor performer.

The fall (whether its merited or not), is so obvious that it beggers belief you worry so much somebody stating the obvious.

If the tech fails to deliver the SP would fall quite a lot. The results are later than forecast with no news from the company as to why.

Therefore some are reducing their holdings just in case.

You can make a case for any scenario you like but its all guesswork. Some will feel vindicated if their view turns out to be the reality, however not everyone looks and manages their portfolio's on guesswork.

I have held for years now for this trial so will wait for the results.

That was my reasoning getting in as soon as I could when the market opened.

Life's too short to worry about stuff you can't do anything about. None of us were offered the stock at 5p so the next best thing was to get it as close as poss to it.

Ultimately it does not matter what the ins and outs of it are and whether or not the Directors are committed or skilled enough to run the company as I think we are pass that point now.

The money is in place, therefore the drill will happen. The rig is big enough, it will either be successful or not. All the rest is now, imo, bye the bye.

If the SP replicates the trajectory previously then there should be (even allowing for the dilution), a good chance of sizeable gains to the run-up of the drill and indeed I expect given the previous drill and the expectation the gas is really there in commercial form, less volatility during spud to announcement. But who knows... fingers crossed

I get that PJT, but its on the assumption that MM''s manipulate the SP.

Say they miss some news, and all of sudden (from their pov) there is a great demand to buy AVCT stock. They will just hike the price up to incentivise some to sell while they then react to make an orderly market.

I guess it comes back to ocham's razor. I get that it might happen because where is there is money there is normally some sort of corruption, but the MM's make their money from the spread so they really don't need all this constant illegal price fixing.

I just think its the exception rather than the rule but I can't prove it so we can disagree on this one knowing that whatever is the true reason, the SP is still the SP and there is nowt we can do about it.

The bit I struggle with is the almost paranoid mindset by many here.

If the SP goes down its Manipulation, its derampers, its market makers, look at the buys and sells. its never about the company. Unless of course it goes up, than the paranoia goes the other way... There is an RNS coming tomorrow, there is a leak, look at the buys and sells (see what I did there?)etc etc.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN.

All I am open to is that the "news" could be good or bad. As the situation develops then my attitude to the risk alters.

If there is an unexpected delay, without explanation then I consider that a red flag, if there is no or little comms from the company then that is another red flag, None of this will in and of itself alter my overall view but it may or probably will alter my risk appetite.

Or in other words as new info emerges so my view might/will alter.

The fact that so few even wish to engage in such basic investment logic is quite something, but then we are back to the paranoia of the insecure who sound like they are over committed and cannot countenance anything other than a positive outcome.

Because for sure if MM's were reading this BB with all the never ending rampy posts they would be constantly increasing the price wouldn't they?
