Yass,...not heard her, for awhile, faz7475,....yeah, I feel comfortable, here at CERP,..can't say the same, with my EOG shareholding, at present,...still about 45% down there (my EOG Gross average s/p, high s/p@4p level),...but I did bury, my EOG Gross average s/p, deep underwater there, on last placing announcement.

TheGrasshopper,.....with no further dilution (current shares in issue, being,830.88m CERP shares),.....£500m Market Cap divided by 830.88m shares in issue = s/p@60p approx.

Question for myself is,..can LK get there, with existing shares in issue.

I am not a trapped investor here either,....could sell all my CERP shares at current s/p Bid, & walk away in Profit,....I chose to stay, for Full SWP Results.

I think I know, who you are referring to, Bronxville,....if I was holding, several million LOGP shares, even at my low Gross average s/p, of, sub last placing level (s/p@1.3p),....I would not be comfortable,.....which is why, I have kept my LOGP shareholding, to just several hundred thousand,...for Full Barryroe Drill Results,....I have plenty of room, to double, treble etc, my shareholding here,....if s/p, drops below, my Gross average LOGP, s/p level, prior to Barryroe Drill.

Just read back, over the thread woody2002,....if you are right, & its a placing,....the shares they have available, for issue, would increase shares in issue, by 18.67% approx, by my calculations,...we would not be talking massive dilution,....if I had to, I could live with that, but would prefer not to,...increased my shareholding today, on the licence news.

Already got some GBP in ISA,...was hoping to increase, on the 230,000 GBP shares, I hold outside of ISA, before I Bed & ISA these,......last time I tried to buy, T2 direct into ISA, could only get Buy order, partially filled.

Well under the radar here,....any good news, well if I could not get my Buy order filled, whilst under the radar,.....?

If they Farm in, to all three licences, shibs,.....with our current Market Cat of £12.67m approx (444.69m shares in issue), with s/p@2.85p,......with, I believe, over 40% of EOG shares, held by II's & management,.....would not like to guess, how high EOG s/p may spike to,....our assets do look good, to my eyes,....if the market put a value of £49m (s/p@11p approx) on EOG,....I would not be tempted to sell.

We have 830.88m shares, in issue at present (Market Cap of £31.57m).

An issue of 16,920,083 CERP shares, is an increase of about 2.04% of CERP shares in issue, at present...an increase in our current Market Cap of 2.04% would equate to an increase of £0.644m approx, against Funds received of £3.206m approx ($4.2m),...these Funds, we have had guidance, would be used directly in SWP.
