The Company has identified two suitable drilling rigs, both currently situated in the Republic of the Congo, which have drilling slots available this year. The company is evaluating commercial offers from both rig companies and will update the market once the chosen rig is contracted.

Topside infrastructure

As stated above, the Company intends to minimise the scope of initial works in order to control capital costs ahead of drilling TLP-103CST1. Following these initial works, the topside facilities are estimated to be able to handle production of approximately 2,000bopd. The Company is, however, developing plans to further improve the topside facilities based upon several different levels of potential future production, with the exact plan to be finalised only once actual flow rates are know."

On the 28th June 2019 RNS, a clear timeline is given, for drilling sidetrack into Djeno, through to commercial oil production;-

Key performance indicators (KPIs)
"The Group is focused almost exclusively over the next six to twelve months on drilling a side-track into the Djeno and producing commercially significant quantities of high-grade oil from it. If this endeavour is not sufficiently successful, the directors will seek to produce from the Mengo as well as optimising production from TLP-101.

Barrels of oil per day is currently monitored and reviewed daily. Once production from Tilapia has increased, this will become the key KPI for the operation in Congo."

Hi Bridges & Tiburn,....as a PET shareholder, I have been watching CLON, from the sidelines,....the PET news, had me buying my first tranche of CLON shares, yesterday.

Have been holding PET for awhile, Tiburn,.....only just bought into CLON today (sub s/p@0.27p),.....as I understand, from RNS dated 28 May 2019, we have GNPC agreement but so far no cabinet approval ;-

"The procedure involves agreement with the Ghanaian National Petroleum Company (GNPC). Then cabinet approval, followed by parliamentary approval. We have GNPC agreement but so far no cabinet approval."

First tranche bought (10% of targeted, Core AAOG shareholding) around s/p@11p level myself, Sardypaul,.....I do have a single figure Gross average AAOG s/p at present,....but with much heavier exposure to s/p, with my current AAOG shareholding, at 80% (considering increasing to 100%) above, targeted Core AAOG shareholding,.....roll on sidetrack drill.

Here for Djeno myself, Sardypaul,.....already got a good %, of my AAOG shareholding, tucked up in two ISA's,....my target now, is to get the remainder (larger) %, Bed & ISA's completed, before sidetrack result (my Gross average s/p, in single figures).

relevant European sites identified (whether individually or in combination with other plans or

I further conclude that the assessment for Annex IV species is of an acceptable standard such that I
am satisfied that there would be no significant adverse effects on Annex IV species that may be

Still invested with full (increased) AAOG shareholding myself,....with oil already coming to surface, the COS must be very good, for sidetrack,...having held AAOG for 103 & 103c drill results, very comfortable holding, for sidetrack results.
