Take one vitamin D tablet, a day myself, drunkinftl (for the immune system),...also take one K2 vitamin tablet, every other day,....see your link mentions Vitamin D,....one of my son's, suggested it would be a good action to take (as I get older), a couple of years ago (which is when, I started taking, both vitamin D & vitamin K2 tablets),....he gets them for me.

Yep, buying the technology (POX Hub), here also,PVX233,.....but not forgetting, the outlook for Gold, either,....not increased since my last four Buy tranches (sub s/p@24.45p, average, on my last four, Buy tranches),....,nearly there, for one more Buy tranche, before update,......waiting for Thursday/Friday, before buying next tranche,....could end up paying a bit less or a bit more, will make very little difference, to my POG Gross average s/p level,...as there are Cash flow influences, outside of the stock market, that govern, my potential Buy Windows.

Hi, evenstevens,....no time to waste, myself,...also not committing any more Funds, to AIM either,....keeping original Core shareholding here, at AAOG, & trading my Gross average s/p down (when opportunity presents),.....reduced my Gross average AAOG s/p, by 20% so far,....good luck with your visit though.

POG, is definitely, a got to have, in my portfolio, redrobb,....have been building, my POG shareholding, from earlier this year,....initially, by switching, some of my oil shareholdings, into POG,....not in cash myself,.....but I do, also use, surplus to requirements, positive cash flow (from an outside source, of the stock market) to build with, as I have no desire, to leave Cash building, in the Bank (Fiat Currency).

That's a nice average to have, CofE,....started buying back into POG, earlier this year myself, in the s/p@15p range from memory, I have a six figure POG shareholding here now, with the larger percentage, held in two ISA's,.....been to busy, to follow market today,.....see we have had a slight retrace, which is healthy for s/p, (imo).

Yes, I had seen that, drunkinftl,....which will be good, for treating people already infected, was my understanding,....the vaccine, being being developed, by our Oxford researchers, if successful, should prevent infection, so both are good news, as I see it.

As investors, we all have a risk profile, that we are comfortable with,...having already considered, the risk you highlight,.... for myself, it is acceptable, for the percentage of our Funds, that I am prepared to invest, here at POG.

Yes, it did KUMS,....I have bought, on four, of the last five trading days (1st,4th,6th & 7th), not once have I been able to buy, under s/p@24p level,...today when I phoned my stockbroker, ASK was s/p@24.15p, could not believe the price she came back with, s/p@24.6595p, anyway I took it,....was surprised, how quickly the price was moving up.

Evening irishmouse,...yes, it's been a good day all round, no complaints from me.

No trolls in mine, built it with a full bed,...there is a bit of blood though, very rare I have an accident when working, but in this instance did,...heavy stack of timber, fell on my shin, gouging a chunk of flesh & skin, then landed on my foot, breaking a chunk of bone off the bottom of my foot, my daughter made me go to hospital 8 days after accident, as foot was still swollen, that's when I found out it was broken, had to wear a damn splint boot for ages,....I like to keep fit (72 years of age),......when I hear our government saying, all over seventies will have to stay in lock down for longer, they should realize some of us are very fit,.....when I eventually went to hospital, the nurse taking my blood pressure etc, started to look worried, at that point I said to her, my resting heart rate, used to be 37, with that she relaxed, saying it's 41.7 now, I'm told my blood pressure, is what they would expect, from someone under 50 years,....so they can't tar us all, with the same brush.

Likewise irishmouse,...got my lawns cut also, been a lovely day here in Lincolnshire,....didn't mention it at the time, but was building a patio here, when you were building your's last year, nice line bubble fall from house (used a 5 to 1 mix, for the porosity), being trapped here by lock down, been enjoying it today, & doing a bit of trading on market.

Odd you should pick that figure, Sam12345,....it's more or less, bang on my Gross Average (s/p@2.63724p) s/p here, after my last buy yesterday,....would put me on break even, near as dam it,....mind you, I may reduce my Gross Average, further yet, as I had only just started to reduce it recently, before today's correction,...will be watching s/p closely tomorrow (between mowing the lawns).
