RNS, dated 27th Jun 2019 (Ombrina Mare arbitration update), indicated the following ;-

"On 26 June 2019, the Tribunal rejected Italy's request for the suspension of the arbitration and Italy's related intra-EU jurisdictional objections. It is now expected that further post hearing briefings will be submitted and a final outcome is now expected in Q1 2020."

With COVID-19, interrupting the time line,....now, nearing the end of, Q2 2020,....it seems reasonable, to expect the arbitration outcome, to be in a time frame of weeks, rather than months, at this point in time, (imo).

Although, from a personnel view point (I would reinvest, any dividends), I would prefer a share buyback & cancel,....a dividend policy, would probably be good for s/p (imo).

With the wide spread, it is difficult to trade AAOG, BeardedDragon,....but not impossible,....if you click on my avatar name (wraith), & go to page 5, you will find the below post, dated 21 Apr 2020 15:13 ;-

I'm expecting deflation, until about September 2021, in which period your handle could form (consolidation period, for gold price), on the 20 year chart, I'm looking at ( https://www.bullionvault.com/gold-price-chart.do ),....a cup and handle is considered a bullish signal, extending an uptrend, and is used to spot opportunities, to go long,....I'm also expecting, inflation to take hold, in the first half of 2022, with great demand for Gold, as a safe store of wealth, at that time,.....with POX Hub technology, I see POG, as a share to accumulate, (imo).

Hi Quant,...thanks for confirming,...it's a long time & lots of different shareholding figures, to remember back through, to 2009/10.

Good to see, the Director Buy, today,.....when you look, at our Market Cap, of £46m, today,.....I was Buying (tranches of RKH shares), just before the Sea Lion Oil Discovery, back in 2010, at around s/p@43p approx,.....with about 180m shares in issue, that gave us, a Market Cap, of £77.4m approx,....looking at what we had then, compared to where we are now,....with the Directors buying also, maybe we stand a fair chance (of being right again).

Extract : Dividend Policy
Prosperity Capital Management, through the legal owner of its shares,
have made a shareholder’s request under section 338A of the
Companies Act 2006 for an addition of another item of business to the
agenda of the Annual General Meeting. Prosperity have proposed that
Petropavlovsk should adopt a formal dividend policy with the objective
of achieving a regular payout of 50% of underlying net earnings on a
semi-annual basis, subject to a hard ceiling of a Net Debt/Adjusted
EBITDA ratio lower than 2.0x; and of making an annual special dividend
payment. The full text of Prosperity’s request and its statement setting
out the grounds for its request is attached to this notice at Appendix VI.
The Board of Directors has considered the proposal. Under the
Company’s Articles, responsibility rests with the Board for
recommending such dividend payments as appear to be justified by
the profits of the Company available for distribution. The Board has
welcomed the initiative by Prosperity Capital Management and agrees
that it is timely for Petropavlovsk to define a dividend policy, while
emphasising that decisions on the payment of dividends under the
policy cannot be taken until a later date and in the light of distributable
reserves available and other relevant criteria. The Board’s position on
this proposal is attached to this notice at Appendix V.
In accordance with section 338A as part of the formal business of the
meeting, shareholders will be invited to debate Prosperity’s proposal
