RE: Down a bit.24 Aug 2020 02:08
Still building our COBR shareholdings, when opportunity presents, Carribean2029,...but happy to hold our present position, for drill results, if it doesn't,....rather than focus on quantity of shares we hold (400,000 at present),....my focus is on creating, a low Gross Average s/p, with the target being, a free shareholding plus cash profits.
Being a relatively new COBR shareholder,.....been trying to find, what quantity of shares, would be issued, to cover 33.34% of the fixed drilling costs,.....in the CPR (on Page 35) dated July 2019 ( file:///tmp/mozilla_dad0/CBR001_Wudinna%20Project%20-%20CPR%20Rev4.pdf ), under heading - "3 Proposed Exploration Program and Expenditure" - it gives ;-
"Cobra has proposed an exploration program for testing mineralisation. This is based on the 12-month budget of A$881,333 presented in Table 3-2.",.....which is Β£482,106 approx,...I see the warrants in June this year, were converted at s/p@2p,....as the drill is a fixed price, I'm assuming the 33.34% of these costs, are also on a fixed s/p issue price,....using a scenario, where s/p@2p is the figure used, this would result in 8,037,000 approx being issued, to cover 33.34% of our drill costs,...I would be very happy with that scenario.
