If this lists between 1-2p ( my gut feeling is it will be 1.2 or 1.5 ) this will be based on what is there now. We have backdated revenue on increased oil price, ramping up production and the other knows such as Nigeria, some or most of which are bound to be updated during the suspension.. and probably will.

With the future forecast of further ramping up production and assets improving. Institutional investors will be aware of this obviously so any opening price that isn’t taking into account the next 12 months prospects will be heavily bought into. Providing buyers for early sellers for sure. My holding is relatively humble here and will have no sp impact what I do so think I’ll be holding for 5-8p hopefully within 12 months of relist! That’s my target anyway. Either way I’m looking forward to finding out the start line price will be.

Was clearly oversold, bounce was imminent. Funny how the die hard miserable ones waste so much time here. So many angles here and all improving. Low float and mcap. Anyone talking rubbish about products etc etc clearly doesn’t understand this share at all or what it’s fundamental nature is.. great to see a return to value, long may it continue.

.50 .70 does not represent atomic assets or any other consideration. When he said it’ll be a higher price he was talking 1, 1.5 or 2p I think.

I’m actually hoping to buy on open.. there will be sellers but I’m certain there will be large institutional investors hungry to mop up as much as they can. If it opens sub 1.2 then I think there will be a buying frenzy more than a selling.

Pretty epic if so Yachtmaster! I’m trying to be conservative, trying hard not be excited about all this now.

We will have investors now waiting to take positions at relist. We will see traders out early but can see considerable buying if this opens at circa 1.2-1.5 as ( imo ) mirroring assets and taking into account other factors.

But! With the imminent increase in production, Nigeria and whatever else I can easily see this pushing to 2,3.4p+ in relatively short time. Fully funded, low operational costs and lots of upside. I think a mcap of 200-300m is not far fetched

Ultra chilled about this now and happy to wait as long as it takes to do this properly. Absolutely won’t be selling anything anytime soon after relist that’s for sure!! The incline curve!!!!

Just checking in and all looking pretty good. Comes across very calm and collected in the interview :) didn’t pick up on a specific relist price though?? Just confidence it would be higher? Unless I missed something so slightly revised estimate is we likely relist 1.2-1.5p, saw some 20p chat.. surely not!!

Well how great is that. Deal done as promised, cash buffer in the bank and no broken promises. Suspensions always come with some worry, but my bad experiences come with companies who are all hot air and have nothing to offer! This is a completely different ball game :) the only concern I have is the unforeseen but that’s speculation and has no value or place here at this time imo.

Art has been true to his word, got this deal across the line and now we patiently wait for the correct formalities to be put in place, I expect it to take a month or so, but I’m happy to wait.

So the journey begins!! For now It’s not the time to worry about what ifs but be happy for what’s been achieved because it really is pretty awesome.

I too hold my shares in HL Isa so I’m hoping it just comes back as whatever it should, in the past they’ve been good with that kind of thing, please update if you learn anything more

Cheers Bigbear, obviously we know nothing is absolutely certain but if you look at the facts and what’s actually really happening, this is about as good as it gets regarding taking a risk investing imo. Be great to see COPL begin a great new journey and would like to be there for that new beginning. The acquisition should also open more opportunities. Good luck to you and anyone choosing to hold.

Just looking through the noise here. And this is what I see. Atomic deal has been successful - share will be *suspended* for the time it takes to update the changes - will resume trading with new details in place and so legally correct for listing.

It is important to understand this company has fundamentally changed. I assure you HSBC, the million pound buyer etc etc will have prior checks into exactly this outcome!! it is textbook RTO stuff. The share must be suspended whilst the legal aspects are updated, and they would very much not accept the suspension to be any longer than necessary. It is highly likely that the new resources and assets will be priced in upon resuming trading. Which is likely to be between 0.6 - 2.5p depending. And then with increased production, Nigeria etc we will likely see some serious progress onwards. I’m holding tight, but everyone must do what they think best. Huge opportunity here imo.

Well this sure as beans means it’s the legal requirement post deal being signed! I doubt the suspension will be very long, just until legal documents In order. Very exciting stuff.

Not sure timeframes but ‘ pleased to report multiple high-grade lithium pegmatite drill intersections at new targets adjacent to the Ewoyaa Lithium Project ‘ will be turning heads, building seriously needed and valuable assets. Only a matter of time for some serious developments imo.

This could rapidly be over 1p, delay in weather but confirmation of completion today has created probably the best window for a buy you can get. Obviously until it’s 100% nothing is certain but pretty much as good as you can get otherwise! Going to follow busymums advice and just hold and let this ride.
