Pps. I expect Trevor will want to achieve the best possible deal from Paraytek. I expect him to retire soon and sell either the entire company, or his shares once a deal for Paraytek in either its entirety or joint venture is achieved. He will want the best possible deal for himself and thus, shareholders.

My only concern right now is that we will see a TR1 that he is already selling more than 25% of his holding. ( unless it is countered with a new buyer, indicating a JV )

Ps, although I knew or at least expected a red day today, I am surprised at a 25% drop, though think it’s overdone on Fridays news and what’s to come! So I’ve taken a few more.

Every trick will be played to get these valuable shares until concrete news comes in regarding the test moving forward.

Some of the chat on here ins appalling, the long term holders just sit tight and see the share for what it is. The moody ones either just turn up when it’s red and think they’re investment gods, but are just vultures, it’s like nobody, apart from maybe 4 posters even understand the stock market..

Guys, amazing RNS Friday, superb developments coming from within the company, a director going which is likely because the company is growing fast, market “traders” selling because either they don’t understand or they made good gains from the recent rises!

Most of you need to turn your screens off more, I honestly mean that. The bulk posting here seem to have genuine issues. You buy , hold or sell.

This share is very likely to head in a very northerly direction. Which is why I hold!! if you don’t believe it, sell your shares and jog on. No serious investor with large holdings wants to repeatable witness wimpy little wingers crying about share fluctuations.. get a grip guys!!! Seriously.

Trevor and the team unquestionably have done a fantastic job here and there is much more to come. I urge anyone interested in investing to simply read the RNS reports and watch some of the interviews. It’s a lot better than the rubbish that gets posted here.

This year could be epic for BRH. Any buying sub 150p and if we don’t get strange TR1’s or obvious signs somethings up, will more than likely a great investment.

If the facts change, so will my views. For now this is a screaming buy.

I could sell £35,000 worth of shares at £120 Friday afternoon. They would take the whole lot! Why would I sell on that news? So what’s changed over the weekend?

There’s not many shares floating around, The fact it’s dropped this morning is transparent as it gets. The market makers want shares and they have been and are snatching them from anyone who’s not holding tight. Having seen this rocket multiple times simply can’t trade as I don’t want to be caught out! Could of added 1/3 or more to my holding if i could sell and buy perfectly. Which I can’t, so have only traded a tenth of my pot occasionally.

They want your shares, I’m certain of that. Unless we get a TR1 of TB selling then I’ll have my concerns ( he’s more than welcome to take some slices!! I’m talking major selling ) but why would he.

Expected red this morning but not for as long, or more than 10%, but to be expected, we will need Certification, JV news etc to really drive this, we have a FANTASTIC product and it will be sold or out to use, that much is obvious!!

There is nothing like this, I expect the next news will come from nowhere like it did last Friday and catch all the traders with their pants down ( except for the ones who accidentally pulled them up as it drops ha. It’s a simple hold for me. Very confident here until proven otherwise.

After last weeks fantastic RNS there are some sellers.. as there always will be.. but you know this, because your the best :)

People leave sometimes due to someone else wanting someone else to be on the board.. knew it would be red first thing but should be blue later!

Some crazy ol predictions going on here, 2 billion sale of Paraytek! I mean.. wow, that would really be something for a company worth say 100m.

We need to take this one step at a time, because it’s hard to place a value on things at present. BRH mentioned they would like to take the Paraytek product forward themselves, they certainly have industry links, but could they do it “in time” we will get the CE mark shortly, and at that point along with further clinical trials, if it really is as good as they are saying we could be looking at a sale but probably a JV more likely. Bringing in the muscle with the instant ability to produce and distribute. Big industry would already have contracts and could easily update lesser test contracts with the new one!!

No idea what the sp will be doing this week, late RNS would only be registered this weekend with many. Potentially this could be huge, so would expect some decent buying, or attempting to buy shares at least!

We will have to see what happens price wise. A buy out of Paraytek is possible but if BRH can own 100% and get a JV then the so will properly rocket. If they sell it’ll be a dividend ( maybe ) but either way BRH would be paid handsomely for such a product, so the sp will rocket.

Short term we should see solid movement North. There arnt that many shares available and the mcap is low if you look at this happening and the 4 other elements ( and maybe more to come!)

Won’t make wild predictions but we could see decent upside from here short term. Long term it all depends on too many factors. Trevor’s no fool, and he will want maximum value and any investment firm would!

We are far from being out of the woods yet and beating covid will be a GLOBAL effort and battle and fast effective testing is the key!!!

I actually believe also this has been derisked a lot, clinical trials already done and being done with more on the way, Certification likely to be next news, ip protection in place, great links with the pharma industry and no doubt discussions already happening! So much could happen in a short time. The covid test was not my main focus here but currently Paraytek is leading the drive with great strides even more so now!for lab use this method will also be great. I just can’t see this just not getting bought out or put to use in short order. Our mcap just seems silly.. but I guess for it to go next level we will need BRH to either sell Paraytek to the highest bidder or better a JV as the long term gains would be much greater than a single sale cost imo. A sale would probably have to be pretty serious figures and big pharma are known for buying things out at very high prices if the tech is good enough.

Spot on Casper. New investors looking in. This is correct info. This marks the start of a new chapter for the company. Better than our highest expectations, and they already had set the bar high!! Got to look at mcap and free float, there isn’t much available. And best of all this is a positive outcome and not just about money.
