All I’m saying is focus on the truths and the facts and it all becomes very clear. TB is playing his own personal game, and is very separate from everything else.

Last time we had some really good buys taking us 40%+ I posted we might be seeing the same before hand, I got a possible heads up from the same source, I don’t believe it to be gospel, same as last time but was just some words of confidence again, no market sensitive information was given, just some very optimistic comments regarding updates which we know is coming. I’ll be making a top up next week myself though. But again, was just some words of confidence rather than anything specific so to speak.

Few indications have occurred, and I believe we are about to enter a very good news rich month! Think many will be quite surprised if what’s to come. Holding shares tightly.

Also quietly slipped in here from COPL a while back, seems like a good play.

Andy this was my initial fear.. but lets look at the facts, we have some major shareholders invested. The company has actually been pretty transparent and what’s happening is what was planned. My initial thoughts on why this would be delayed was simply I've been in this business a fair long time and it is VERY VERY rare that audits, RTOs or whatever happen on time.. I mean even buying or selling a house often drags on and that’s just sorting a simple mortgage.. so it’s hardly rocket science to predict a delay..

There is always a risk something unforeseen happens. But as it stands things to be going ahead as planned. We can only go on what we are told, and what is available. With covid, extra time will be needed.

It would be nice to get an interview or words of support from our company. That’s not much to ask at this stage; but I’m pretty sure, as per official documents that things are proceeding as planned, even if behind schedule.

I did say at the start this will take longer than was being posted here.. and for good reason. There are always delays, so what we looking at now then for being back? End of July earliest?.. hey ho, hopefully not being done over here, but if not then it could bode well. If it’s another 2+ months before this comes back there is a good chance we might just see extra value generated. It may work in everyone’s best interests in the end. Hopefully. But I mean.. I must say is this looking like July, August, September now??

Sujood. This is being delisted so it can come back in main market as mentioned in RNS. It’s normal procedure for a RTO type situation. The company is fundamentally changing.

Unless I am mistaken this is what we have been waiting for, as now the process moves forward to trading under the new company on main market? That’s what It seems to me anyway. Anyone care to clarify because the transition seems to be moving forward which is a great sign?

Friends in the stock market, well friend to be precise... who deals with daily cargo trades predicts a very good end of year for lithium & mining stocks, and most likely O&G equally.

Simple supply and demand scenario. Commodities likely to be the driving stocks of 2021 onwards.

We need to get partners, but the more we prove up the better it will be. Hopefully will be far beyond 20p in the coming months / year.

Very much so, it takes little to turn to the tide. I’m disappointed in myself for not selling at good profit, but also feel the same about the potential. Fact is this one product from BRH created a huge stir. There is many more potentials to happen here.

Equally the Paraytek device could drive this up fast with a sniff of a sell or takeover. I’m not sure exactly what the immediate plan is, but having said to bring it to a global market to me is a big deal.

Most The market and its investors are incredibly short sighted and fickle, so just looking past that at what is hopefully to come.

Nothing is simple and things do take time. However, I wouldn’t be surprised for a JV or some serious news to land at anytime. So for me it’s still simply a buy or strong hold for now.

Bought back in, Not sure I’m going to get my 18p buy in, and this share is actually too good to be out of, low price and super high demand is coming.

0.01 would be rubbish, need 1p on this dog just break even... great for any punters investing at the end, but awful for anyone who invested in the actual company before all the lies ..

Personally would be over the moon for it to be 1p a share even 0.5p would be a result after everything!

I posted some basic ideas re valuation.. ranging 30-60 million mcap, but without prospectus seems an impossible task to value. I guess we I’ll find out soon enough..

In regards to shares. Contact your broker. As it stands the share is not yet legally administered to being on the London stock exchange. It may end up being OTC status which is annoying and complicated.

However as the process is ongoing hopefully it will be trading on a platform your broker supports.. as yet though this is not confirmed. They are aware of the situation but cannot yet say the shares will be on main market..

Ok so an update. In a nutshell. Brokers HAVE NOT yet been told or confirmed this will be listing on main market!! As it stands it is possible it will be “OTC” which means it will be reviewed on a case by case basis if legacy shareholders will be able to trade, this would be complicated as each investor would have to find away to buy/sell shares over the counter.

BUT they are looking into it, and looking at recent RNS it would appear they will list on the main market ( London stock exchange ) and if that is the case then your shares should be automatically updated and tradable upon re list.

I recommend anyone unsure should call their broker as I did. I’ve had my name out down to be notified of the situation as it develops and they are aware of it.

However as it stands, the legally binding finalisation of being registered and administered to the London Stock Exchange has not yet been approved or done.. I think they are being cautious to say anything until things are set In stone so to speak.

I’m with h&l. I’m invested In COPL ( ISA ) the shares suspended are being delisted and relisted as a new entity. H&L are on top of it, so it should be the same here. From a broker point of view it must be very obvious.. it’s what they do. If it’s coming back to market and trading on an exchange they are a broker for then it should just come back as what we it is then called. However it may come back in regular account if holding in an ISA. I’m actually going to call H&L today to hopefully confirm this here.

Well what a sorry few days that’s been. Great news and great possibility. My fears last week where realised. Missed today thanks goodness but sub 50p will be buying plenty tomorrow!

Long term still remains and now the mcap is truly low for what Paraytek will likely deliver this year. Who knows what else might pop up out the blue.

Have not yet seen one good reason to sell. The test is on a incline in ability and likelihood of being put to production or sale. The only thing that’s rubbish is most the chat on here and the fact impatience has caused a huge dip. Still I’ve seen this share go up far more in one go than both these last two days out together haha. When you’ve been here for 70% ups your not so worried about the 10-20% down days.

Expect to see some sizeable buys over the next few days and weeks..

Leave you mad lot to it. But fact is, this test gets better and better, and it’s already better than most and with other uses!
Like is always say, buy hold or sell it’s very simple. Waste of time winging about things. I’m actually grateful for a good price again. Only annoying thing is I could of probably quadrupled my holding if I traded this crazy thing! Ah well. Who cares.

It’s funny because I knew this would happen and should of just sold on Friday. And bagged free shares today. need to start listening to myself more.

As much in a fan of BRH. It was a poorly written RNS. And I think they knew the price would drop. Why, is anyone’s guess. But I’ve seen this before on good products. Big drops on great products only to come back many multiples. I’m not a trader so I’m holding until this is sold. Certification will come next, and it’s going to be seen now my majors as legitimate and also better than their own products. So it’s a strong hold for me. Any lower than 50p and I seriously increase my holding.
