If the odds are 5-10% then this won’t be coming back.. just needs to get back without any of the twiddle

A while ago 2p was the minimum this was going to come back as and 5p was the max. Since that time, oil prices have gone up and it seems over the months people’s expectations have dropped and dropped.

Very much looking forward to seeing what happens, very confident this is progressing well. I’m still thinking 1.2 - 1.5

Am I overshooting, feel like I’m maybe the only one thinking this will be the range.

All going ok, wonder what sort of sp we could be sitting around at the end of the year, can’t see myself selling on relist, feel like it’ll be worth holding.

Equivalent to 1.2p? I’m not sure that actually reflects base value?? For other companies I understand a share price less than true value, but COPL will be producing at twice the value we bought it for... We have huge upside potential and also, importantly material assets inc licenses and long term proven producing fields..

Personally ignoring previous sp before Atomic I feel an opening value of 1.2p would be very much undervalued..

1.5 by my workings has been the base level I would expect this to open at, but with the time in production since delist plus the high oil price and also Africa play stirring.. really would be pretty unimpressed with 1.2 or equivalent at this stage. Especially when looking at things like 88e!!!! 88e hype is basically like our Africa drill program hopes alone.

Feel this should be opening at around 2p now but this whole market is crazily unbalanced.

No disrespect but you’re very off the Mark of you think covid has just gone away.. global cases rising significantly, as is the south west here. The vaccines have done a good job here for now, but there absolutely will be another wave here! The delta variant is not the last!! Look at what that did to India...

Covid is far from gone my friend. Fast and accurate Testing will be absolutely essential in the next few years at least.

This really is a landmark event for the company, and what was needed. Represents many top ups to come for me. Because with secured funding there will be many updates about expanded reserves and progress on extraction and importantly revenue generation. The rocket is still on the ground but the fuel is now being pumped into it so to speak. And that’s what it needed.

Short term fluctuations now totally eclipsed, could well trading in pounds in fair time.

Although now below the threshold it is plausible he is lowering his controlling interest due to another factor..
Whatever the reasons his method and application of selling after sp boosting news is a pretty low ball to investors in his company. He’s quite obviously a slimy character.

On the other hand the guy knows how to make money, and he has rewarded and also given the opportunity to share holders to do the same so in all fairness it’s been a pretty level field.

What matters is the product/s and the future and both look more promising by the day. It seems to me a set up is being made and the big news is yet to come!

Everything you just said taxi was true 12 months ago. Price lower than hoped, market poor. Hype and all that was wrong. Of course doc was optimistic and essentially nothings changed but to be honest that guy has many failings so it’s really no comfort. For me there was.. is.. no faith to loose. Faith and trust is earned! And hard won back once lost.

I expect nothing here, be great to see it come back, but let’s be realistic, this company is the definition of dog!!!

Wake me up when something actually happens here.. which very likely will be the total liquidation and loss of this “cash shell” shorters will be laughing and it looks like the one popping corks will be Marbur, who will be non stop laughing at A1.

This share is my only investing regret.

Its been good to see the recent news flow come as hoped, 120 on news before this, this is a very important update and surely signals some pretty major changes inbound.. SP less than half of what it was on just the speculation.. upside potential now huge.

I get it, silence brings concern. Of course we can only speculate, but ignoring the noise, a great deal has been done, the FCA is doing their job, which is to make sure everything is squared away; and it’s probably more complicated than many of us realise. I hope it’s not a giant stitch up, but aside from a delay we have had no negative news to bring genuine fear.

Not into reading into rumours or messages from possible fake accounts. Personally only official news works for me. An interview or video update would be much welcomed..

I’m sure we will get an update soon enough. In the words of dads army, “don’t panic” :)

Lb28 I’m struggling to understand what you’re talking about? Come back without Atomic?? How are they supposed to come back without Atomic? If they own it, you think they’re going to sell it so they can list again... that’s a little bit crazy don’t you think?.. Covid has made things a little harder to progress for sure, May was always a totally deluded target for getting back, and frankly they would have done a good job to get this back by August. Understandably frustrating not having an update for a while. But no need to get overly whacky. To be honest you should be saying this will go private if creating concern is the game, not come back without Atomic because the FCA don’t like it.. that’s just silly.

Well the 18p I was hoping for came and then got lower.. wasn’t sure if it would drift more but it has.. understandably.. always sellers in limbo times. Doesn’t change the asset. Bit worried there will be a placing, but not worried about holding and topping up! mega upside potential.

Breach 50p and easily sail pass £1 without any more a large selling. Lots of things falling into place. Delta is proving the need for accurate and fast testing. And as always mentioned here many more aspects at play..

Few shares and low mcap = high chance of rapid movement in sp. We’ve seen it before. And it’s not even begun.

Absolutely agree, assets in ground worth nothing essentially if can’t be used. Then again, just like BOIL a large clearly valuable resource close to being able to be extracted will eventually happen. Personally far more interested in lithium and green energy over O&G next few years should see a dramatic change for this sector and money will be flowing to those with assets such as this. Well if we want to save the planet from turning into Mars anyway.

Pretty clear to see the pattern now. Along with covid tests, diagnostic tools being pushed, Paraytek clearly making great strides, just the beginning here and looking very positive. Expect some pretty major news flow over the next few months
