I agree Vince, I have been sceptical, (to say the least) on the validity of the Moroccan project bearing any fruit. However, I would find it hard to believe the company are merely stringing us along on Morocco, so remain with a sliver of hope it becomes our first commercial contract.

For years what we have been told versus what has happened has been and continues to be miles apart. Unless and until the RNS drops confirming successful trail completion, I am resting my hopes on MSC saving the day.

It could be several fuel producers have shown an interest and QED/MSC are negotiating with them to identify their preferred option. Maybe waiting for everything agreed and in place before any announcement???

On 8th December, when the offer price was 2p you wrote;

Well we're 4 months down the line and the Offer is around 1.4p and never been lower than 1.2p, so you were wrong!

You sound to me like someone who has sold out of Quadrise at a big loss and are now hoping it goes down the tubes, causing us remaining shareholders to lose, just to make you feel better. What a bitter individual.

When you consider where we are in regards to potential commerciality, it beggars belief the SP is staying at these basement prices. I guess it's a sad reflection of the faith "the market" has in our BoD ever achieving success.

Fingers crossed, we can get some positive progress soon and make 2023 a transitional year for the company and more importantly us loyal LTSHs.

Shame they don't want to buy QED, they can have my shares for a mere 10p a pop!

Well if they're "banking" on project progress, track record would suggest we could be up **** Creek. They really need to get things going in the next quarter or it could get ugly.

To me this reeks of desperation. Kick the can down the road for another month. Despite the haggis bullishness, I don't believe for a minute someone is waiting in the wings ready to give $120m+ to such a small concern, with only lawyers holding things up.

Like Petroteq, I've written off my investment here as month by month, year by year the SP tanks, until finally someone pulls the plug.

Shame "Tom" didn't follow up with an additional question regarding, how the BoD expect to raise future capital. Would have been interesting to hear his reply.

I fear that day may be nigh. Problem is they'll just saunter off to another overpaid directorship, while we are left to rue our losses. It's not as if they have much skin in the game!

What really boils my blood is on 23rd Feb we're told

"Quadrise confirms that the MSAR® fuel for the forthcoming trial, previously held at Moroccan customs awaiting final clearance, has cleared customs and is now on site at the client's facility, along with the bioMSAR™ fuel which was previously delivered in December 2022.

As a result, the Company is NOW FINALISING THE TRIAL SCHEDULE, (my caps for emphasis) with the client and anticipates fuel trials to commence prior to the end of Q1 2023.

Today, 5 weeks later we get,

"The Company has completed the site engineering set up and is CONCLUDING SCHEDULING DISCUSSIONS with the client linked to its site production programme, with the trial now expected to commence in April 2023 and results being available shortly thereafter.

Five weeks! with a limited cash runway now in the visible distance. No wonder we're losing patience!!

MSAR remains an absolute no-brainer for PEMEX, they just haven't realised it yet. As for BioMSAR kicking MSAR opportunities into touch, the lack of availability of oil replacement options, (glycerine etc) means much of the fuel required will still need to be majority oil based in the medium-term, hence MSAR should still have a "first step" alternative opportunity.

Perhaps a better question to ask would be, Does anyone on here realistically believe that QED will achieve a commercial supply contract?

That's the only message I got from this RNS, a message we have received many times before. RNS just a few weeks ago saying MSAR cleared customs and trial to start BEFORE end March. Now April, then May, possibly June. Utter incompetence and little chance of further fund raising on the back of zero commercial progress.

I think the best we can hope for is a buy-out offer, probably around the 3-4p range.

That's me back from a week away from the world of QFI and happy to see uptick in SP, ignoring of course, the fake £1 "anchor" trade first thing this morning.

To avoid me needing to scroll back through pages of comments, can anyone enlighten me as to the reason for this rise? if there is one...

The week has ended on a very small bit of upward SP pressure after a few stagnant weeks. Still no sign of you know who's 1p prediction.

I'm off to Belek tomorrow for a week golfing with the lads, so will give QFI a miss until 27th. Hopefully come back to some progress and a lot of good news before the end of March!
