Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Marc (and others) - thanks for this. Such a compelling investment case - can't quite believe the huge numbers. (I suspect 'divided' should say dividend?!)
Fully funded, low debt, 'robust margins', product in increasing demand, expertise on board, cash generating very soon ('significant operating cash flows from operations'), very low free-float. I can see a very exciting few months ahead for us PIs. GLA
Thanks to barksy1 who shared this v interesting article on KDNC:

Good news for ATM
H - phew, playing the looooonggg game!
danny - yes, most definitely. metallurgical coal is essential in steel production, essential in turn for a raft of infrastructure developments around the world (e.g. US $1 trillion infrastructure bill being signed by Biden today), which include much of the infrastructure required for greener energy in the future e.g. nuclear, wind ...
the statement below relates to thermal coal being used especially for power generation.
And they ain't having any of mine ...
Should've waited! Same old story! Ah well, all will be good over coming days.
Looking at trades as reported on LSE looks like lots of tiny ones as sp has been taken down. Fishing trip for mms?
coggy - from 29/10 RNS:
'The contract allows MHW to mobilise its equipment and manpower to commence production in December 2021.'
and
'Their [MHW] skill set allows them to operate under various conditions including working in uneven seams and extreme climatic conditions. ... MHW have a variety of clients based in the mining regions of the United States, with a particular focus on West Virginia ...' i.e. where the Bens Creek resources are.
They know the area and conditions very well and are set up to deal with them. So don't worry!
to get some more under 30p just now. didn't expect to be able to. looking forward to news v soon on commissioning and into production - will be a great step forward for BEN. Should propel sp upwards before Christmas, esp. with small free float. then further news on production ramp-up, additional off-take contracts and potential of other nearby resources. all underpinned by locked-in investment of impressive array of IIs. v exciting times. GLA
JB - yeah, it's a contract and its for £1.5m. Seems to meet those particular criteria. I'm not turning my nose up at it. Well done Venn. More to come ...
He looks like a fantastic appointment. As well as being a very important 'right face at the right time' e.g. for FDA, looks to me like he has the capability to really drive development within AGL and to influence externally. Great news.
In a post on sat bladey pointed out '... BoD and II's hard locked for a year and soft locked in for 2nd year ...'. So looks like if they exercise warrants they can't sell anyway (unlike so many other AIM companies where they often sell at 1st opportunity to get hands on quick cash, which inevitably adversely impacts sp / stalls upwards momentum). Another plus point is if anyone exercises warrants that's a big more cash into the company. So all good!
JB - and yet you're still a buyer. very strange ...
JB - well it helped you get some at a very good price this week. Silver linings and all that
oasis - agree, also like: 'posts available immediately' - suggests movement on covid human challenge trials, which would obviously be great!
JB - be positive, others apart from you were there and there's no suggestion that is not what was said.
JB = economical with the truth. From Elric's notes of last presentation re spin-outs: 'the next will be DIM early in the new year'
Good RNS today re the Thambani Project, which is just 1 of numerous resources in MKA'a portfolio. I like: 'With the recent significant increase in international uranium prices, Mkango is currently reviewing strategic exploration and development options, including opportunities for joint ventures and other potential avenues to create further project value.'
See today's RNS formally notifying re yesterday's excellent reports from research at Barts about the important contribution the Parsortix system made around identification and analysis of CTCs esp re treatment of prostate cancer.
Important comment from the researcher: 'This insight into how CTC dynamics lead to reduced progression-free and survival times is vital for clinicians. It will enable them to make early changes of treatment from docetaxel to an alternative, which may significantly improve patients' chances of long-term survival. Furthermore, analysis of CTC gene expression and detection of genes associated with resistance to docetaxel may aid the development of a new generation of therapies.'
Well done Angle and the research team at Barts.

gnificantly improve patients’ chances of long-term survival.”
Thanks to ihowells on ATM earlier today. Most of what MKA is targeting in Malawi is on this US list of minerals critical for security and the economy (not a surprise but nice to have it confirmed)
