Chart looks good over last 6 months with th SP continuing on its steady rise. Long May it continue. Lots of structure to get in place over next six months - then sp should really take off as resource figures show dramatic increase.

Further to my previous post on Lionsgold (now TALLY)..... IWEB transferred my Lionsgold shares from my ISA into my standard share dealing account on delisting.
Lionsgold then changed its name to TALLY..... IWEB subsequently made the name change in my account and the shares are still held on my account but not showing any value.

I am presuming the same will happen to my DEV shares and possible name change.

I have been reading up on Matched share brokers and the below link highlights some of the pitfalls.

Proposed Cancellation of Listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

Important Information & Other Key Dates:

Dev Clever Holdings Plc (DCH) is proposing to cancel its listing on the Official List, and the admission of its Ordinary shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange's (LSE) Main Market for listed securities.

Subsequently, the Cancellation is expected to become effective on 18th January 2023.

You should be aware that if you have not sold or otherwise transferred your shares prior to the Cancellation of Listing, you will not be able to sell or otherwise deal in them on the LSE after that time.

If the Cancellation becomes effective, the DCH shares will no longer be listed on a Recognised Exchange and will no longer qualify to be held within an ISA product. Should you hold these shares within an ISA, we will transfer your DCH shares to your Share Dealing Account once the Cancellation becomes effective. The Directors intend to create and maintain a matched bargain settlement facility details of which are yet to be announced. Once the matched bargain facility has been arranged, details will be made available to shareholders on the Company's website at www.devcleverholdingsplc.com/

barnard, I would say Yes! however Tally is really struggling to raise the money to re IPO even though it is a currency directly linked to GOLD.
The most difficult thing to take over the last four years have been the false promises....But! will it have a happy ending.... Fingers crossed.

Further to this the company (Tally) issues its own RNS's via the shareholder section of the company website and regularly holds live company Q and A session online. (The company is the pits and have led shareholders a miserable time.....it remains to be seen if they IPO in Q2 2023) and I can get something back.
Note - The CEO of Tally also promised a shareholder Bargain Basement solution - we still await that!!

I was unlucky enough to be invested in Lionsgold (Tally).... When delisted the shares moved from my ISA into Standard Share account.
The company is still de-listed, however the shares are still showing in my Standard Account as TALLY after four years.
(Hopefully they will re-list this year).

From the November report ZPHR we're producing 1313 boepd with another 26 wells to come online. If 16-2 hits the ground running then we could be on 2500 boepd very soon in the new year. Best Wishes to all!

Zephyr Energy says new acquisitions add ‘building blocks’ for major production boost in 2023.
It intends to release production data from16 -2 well on completion of production tests, which is expected in early January.
Harrington commented: “Having announced the acquisitions yesterday, it is our intention to provide the market with a full update of our investment plans for 2023 early in the New Year.

"2022 has been another year of transformation for Zephyr and the acquisitions being announced yesterday are a great way for us to end this year and to set up for the next. 2023 promises to be an exciting time for the company as we continue with the development of our asset portfolio.”

papaduke, that's not quite correct Zephyr sold the initial test production oil from 16-2.
The RNS tells you fromwhen the extra shares may hit the market.... that is if RSOC decide to sell. The warrants are obviously when the directors decide to purchase.

Surely they will let it go on that news.

Looks like a Master Stroke by the BOD.. whilst keeping RSOC in the frame with shares.
Having been served notice to provide its share of funding for these two items, the Company was informed that the vendor was unable to fund its 25 per cent. interest in the State 36-2 Well within the required timeline. This inability to fund the project provided an opportunity for Zephyr to explore a corporate solution with RSOC - and as the vendor wished to retain exposure to the project, an agreement was reached for Zephyr to acquire the vendor's stake through the issue of shares in the Company.

 

The terms of the Paradox Acquisition are as follows:

 

· Total consideration of up to US$3 million, payable by way of the issue of new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), to be issued under existing share authorities, at a price of 6.05p per Ordinary Share, representing a circa 11% premium to the Company's mid-market closing share price on 20 December 2022.

o A first tranche of 13,483,095 new Ordinary Shares will be issued to the vendor on the completion of the Paradox Acquisition in January 2023;

o A second tranche of 26,966,189 new Ordinary Shares will be issued to the vendor upon Zephyr's final investment decision with respect to the contract award to a primary contractor to commence construction activities to make the Powerline Road gas processing plant operational; and

o All equity issued to the vendor will be subject to a lock-up period which expires at the earlier of the date that first gas from the State 36-2 Well is sold via the Dominion Energy Utah, LLC ("Dominion Energy") 16-inch gas export pipeline; or 15 December 2023. 

That RNS gives a clear indication of what 2023 is goingto bring. further updates in January should give clear indication of the trajectory of this company.
