You only need to be a shareholder to receive a dividend.
Everything atm us purely hyperthetical.
Eg. They could sell out 100% of Amapa for £50million. (Reasonable valuation)
They could keep £20million for future projects and reinvest in EMH!
They could just then distribute the leftover £30million, which would roughly equate to 10p per share.
Don't think anything luje that would happen until the recent BOD mega million options had been exercised beause they themselves would want the free cash dividend!
The options will only exercise once reasonable above 2p, do maybe 3p maybe even 4p!!!

Above 4p share price, and 10p or above would get me slightly in profit after 7yrs!!! So here's hoping.
