Going back and reading the original forecast for getting licenses, I read suggested time frame of upto 9 -16 months !!, if true that makes it closer to Dec 25.

We are obviously limited in what we can say. We are still in talks with KDNC, but the potential deal we are looking at is different from the one that was outlined in December. The exclusivity period that they had has since expired, so Hesperian is no longer restricted and can also negotiate with other parties
