With respect i am not trying to pull CBX down, far from it, i am trying to highlight the company selling shares in a listed company have not followed the rules in disclosing that fact

I dont know Mel, i just wandered in for a look around & saw the RNS's, crackers

Get a class action & sue them

This is absolute madness, CBX is listed on the standard list of the UK stock exchange, they have strict rules about disclosure timescales, to issue 3 RNS's after the close of play on Friday stating "by the way we sold out months ago" is beyond criminal
