I agree totally, i sold 1/3 of my shares on the move down, i fear without any new news this will sink back to the lows, the TA on the chart look awfully.
On the flip side when it going north again it will go fast, as before,
I have said before i feel the movement in the share price has NOTHING to do with the company itself, because it is traded on the main market it is open to the bigger money players who can use the weight of money alone to move the price, up & down
In the short term, if you cant beat them join them, trade it.

Correct me if I’m wrong but the physical act of shorting a stock will make the price go down
A shorter borrows stock from someone else & sells it into the market, hoping to buy it back at a lower price hence pocketing the difference.
This means that at some point in the future every shorted share has to be re-purchased.
I plan to buy the shares now & wait until everyone needs to re-purchase their shorted shares & sell them back to them
Or am I missing something ?

I feel CG could benefit greatly by offering a subscription service to its customers, especially for the injestibles
Me & the wife have used the CBD drops in the past, when they run out we forget to pick up or order more & get out of the habit of taking them
If they dropped onto the mat once a month, no more issues
This model has two fold benefits to CG
1. Regular income stream without additional advertising costs etc.
2. The ability to up sell to existing customers, a polite e-mail along the lines of ‘ because you are a loyal customer we would like to offer you first chance to try our new product XXXXXX at a reduced introductory price of XXXXX tick this box and we will automatically charge your card we have on file & post it out with your monthly order
If CG marketing department read this, I would like to offer you this great marketing idea at the reduced price of 500,000 shares . Lol

my order came today, packaging was good & well protected, came with the cerrated cardboard stuff some people have moaned about, I don’t mind this as we are supposed to be recycling and even at a higher price point I agree with this, rather have this that plastic air filled bubble wrapped stuff, so happy
Has anyone put an order in recently ?

A bit distracted today, after our Holls we did a COVID test, negative
Then the 2 day PCR COVID test, negative
We have just been pinged because someone on our flight had COVID
Guess what, another PCR test needed
I’m stuck in a COVID testing loop

I agree, I have my finger over the buy button
Without any news flow & upcoming dates to look for I tend to revert back to technical analysis, for short term direction
The Bart Simpson looking formation on out charts could also be called a head and shoulders.
I still have plenty of skin in the game just in case it ( and when ) it takes off

I have total confidence in the company we have all invested in, but in the short term it is a traders dream as per my previous post, and I am trying a new approach to trade it.
One issue I would like to note today is selling shares was not as easy as I would have liked,I am with Hargreaves langsdown and the max I could sell without assistance was 100,000 down to 60,000 in the finish.
On the buy side I could buy 300,000 no problem, which unseattled me slightly, so I sold more in smaller lots
Part of this exercise was to clarify the delayed publication trade issue I have been wrestling with, today some of them were mine, so I know exactly what the price was when I sold them so in the future I can state with some confidence if someone is buying or selling.

Wheres the new add guys ?

I put a limit to sell at 100p, not sure if it’s been hit yet, lol

I shouldn't worry too much Millennium International Management Lp shorting our stock
they dont look to be too success at shorting any stocks
Out of the 22 stocks they are short 17 are losing money, including Direct Line

I like the clean uncluttered lines of the website, hope they keep it that way, reminds me of The Apple site.

£209m UT is a LOT of shares changing hands, any news we should know about ?
