If you have not invested here at the moment, please don’t, I feel the risk is too high
The lock up period for the initial investors is fast approaching , the ones that followed the rules that is, one sold out 6 months ago without punishment
Wait and see if this company can actually bring products to market, wait and see if punters buy them, wait and see if they can actually make a profit. There has been plenty of speculation posted on these boards by investors, as we know there has been very little officially issued by the company and up to this point even less action by them
The slight rise in the share price of the last week has had private investors getting all giddy & excited, once again, rushing to buy shares, same format as last year, I feel if someone was going to initiate a bear trap, this would the perfect time to do it.
I feel larger investors will be looking to offload small loss making company’s like this & many others, the risks are too high & the potential returns are too small, stock markets around the world are going to change dramatically this year.
The USA market has been pumped into a massive bubble with unlimited amounts of money printing, with the imminent rise in interest rates this is forecast to unwind. Their market will drop, causing our market to drop, the only company’s that investors will want are company’s that produce PROFITS & pay dividends
As a small company, CBX will at some point, need to come back to the market for more funds, when that is, nobody knows, what will the reception be for a loss making company trying to raise capital in a less accommodative market ? Would you give them more of your money ?
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that because they chose to be listed on the main market of the London stock exchange if they want to issue more than 10% of their existing shares, they have to issue another prospectus, both costly & time consuming, what did it cost them last time ?
The ongoing fee to stay listed on the London main market is in the region of £ 400,000 PA
The company faces a massive task, trying to launch products into a already swamped market, google CBD, its already in everything & everywhere. I cannot find a single company worldwide that operates in the CBD arena that has made a success of it, why would this small 4 year old start up company be any different ?
I will gladly eat humble pipe & buy the shares if they can bring product to market and sell them for a profit, until that point I will not & I feel it is a risky investment
I am happy for other investors/ posters here to disagree with my view, or present an opposing one, that is what healthy debate is based on. I do however, not appreciate being called a drunk, stating I have had a nervous breakdown, or the guy on the ‘Hovis Bike’
