In total i lost around £5k on this share, nothing to me in the bigger scheme, i missed my exit because i was on holiday, not a problem, i have made that back many times over since then on other trades.

My trading style is very simple, i buy shares when they are going up & sell them when they are going down. Its that easy.
Clinging onto a falling share until the grim death is a sure fire way to permanently destroy your wealth

Ask the folks at THG, BOO, MXC, CHLL, ARB to name just a few

My comments are not meant for the die hard people like yourself and the other " investors " on your secret telegram group, they are meant for the person sat at the back who never says a word, never posts, who can be sucked in losing his/her hard earned money by buying shares in these types of stocks by constant positive nonsense issued by people like yourself.

Look on page 95 of the original prospectus, it lists 8 early stage investors which are in addition to the likes of Beckham etc. which in total had 91 million of shares allotted to them at at 1p each

The lock up period for these sharers ends this weekend so this first day they can be traded is next Monday.

Selling these shares at 3-4p would still be a 300 - 400% profit for these individuals,

What addition damage will be done to the share price if this amount of stock is dumped onto the market ?

i can definitely see that as others have stated, time will tell us either way, hopefully not too soon

Someone else flagged the 3800 ish. area which makes sense to me as it is 38.2% Fibo Retracement from the Jan 2022 high to the march 2020 low.

With what going on in the world ATM we must surly retest 4222 ish 24/01/22 which then will be a nice double bottom, pardon the pun, if that breaks its an open door to 3800 ish.

ok i understand,
I like to look into the future, i think we can all agree that this company at some point will need more funding, what they have done over the last 12 months will never make them profitable.

When that time comes they will have to approach the shareholders for more cash, no bank would entertain them.
The major shareholders on the list below will be approached, they have 2 options

option 1 , they can tell CBX to sod off and watch their original investment be reduced to zero when they go bust
option 2 , yes you can have more cash but we want fantastic terms, free shares etc.

Option 2 is obviously the favourite, small shareholders will be offered the RI at less than favourable terms and diluted to hell.

Option 3 is when the small shareholders have already grouped together, organised themselves & have a seat on the board, and can negotiate fantastic terms for themselves

Anyway, it's stopped raining, i'm off to play out

Bear with me guys, her indoors has covid so we've been imprisoned in the house & i cant play outside because its raining, so here goes.

Below is a list of the major shareholders in this company

In total the above entities hold 35.6% of the total shares, Sir Beckham has his cronies on the board because of his shareholding, presumably the others do as-well .

Therefore 64.4% of the entire shares are owned by small shareholders like you and me, who represents their interests in the company ? Who listens to their views ? They get fobbed off with a automated 'sod off' email

The small holders here need to group together, elect a candidate and demand a seat on the board at the very least to monitor where their cash is being spent, after all, collectively they are the largest shareholder by far

Just a thought.
