One chance, the offers too good to refuse and they believe too many 'in country' risks exist which of course would never be shared with SH's - thats why everything is totally meaningless unless you have the support of the govt and authorities and its support to help HE1 success. all resources, licences, certificates, knowledge, partners ALL meaningless without this support . which as i posted yesterday I personally am gambling they will get .

There is no way in my opinion HE 1 will be bought out by anyone . why on earth would you sell something you have barely started and have clearly stated your wish and even how you are expecting this to proceed into a low cost production scenario. No way a buy out as imo there is simply no need to sell until the assets worth billions

`Potentially` requires a huge capital expenditure to bring that asset into production

I take it you may have missed the information given on the actual cost of moving into production, benefit of the doubt as i don t think it would be possible to post anything less accurate and with this board thats saying something
