The portal has recently been revamped and was actually down for nearly 2 months. It is back working and shows all Helium one's applications and prospecting licences. It doesn't and has never shown the mining licence application. Having much experience of the portal over the years I really wouldn't make any assumptions or take any actions based on what it doesn't show

Any dilution will now be minimal imvho - as it's either not going into production so wont need to anyway or it is and is commercial and therefore funding will not mean issuing more shares at least only for 'working cap' as you say. not rocket science. i have placed my chips dyhor etc etc

No clue lol. funding i would imagine will be kept separate - different bag altogether re risk.. how far down the line they are already re funding is anyone's guess although clearly some way. once the ml is granted we will know more as that will open up the finance channels which given the size of the prize will be teeny tiny for the folks they will be speaking to. it's not about the funding/loan more about what they will want back from it is my guess and getting the right balance. offtaker/spv/debt all to much for me to think about - as long at we end up with a mcap of 150m im out lol i will happily let others make the big bucks
